We enjoyed this speaker occasionally... The sound was good and it seemed very well made...Until, after only occasional use at home... We went to plug in the charger and the entire usbPlug fell within the speaker housing rattling inside. This device was used perhaps all of 20 hours and now it is uselessBecause it cannot be recharged.We are so disappointed and hope the company will help us out.We will report back here when we know more.

I am so ready to start the New Year with my with Zenbre D 5 Soundbank. All charged up and paired with my iPhone and Alexa. Easy and quickly paired. Great sound. Comes with necessary accessory cables for charging and direct hook up. It charged up in 3 hours out of the box. Specification states it will remain charged up to 40 hours. In my study, I will keep it connected to an outlet so it is ready to go on a picnic or outing if the weather ever warms up. Most satisfied with the Soundbank. Try it. I am sure you will like it!

Quick delivery, quality packaging, handsome speaker. Purchased for use in office environment both for music and speaker phone. Easy to follow instructions (didn’t really need them) paired with iPhone very quickly. Excellent sound, hard to believe a speaker so compact would have such quality. It sounds much larger.

Originally this was a 5 star review.The speaker started out great but after normal use not so much..Sounded great held a good charge. Had no complaints until the charging port some how broke free.So i took the speaker apart in the attempt to see if something needed plugged back in to fix the problem.The charging port is only held in place by some small soldier to complete the electrical connection. There is no other form of support holding the micro usb in place. Normal wear an tare will ruin this other wise excellent speaker.

Nicely packaged, Sounds great and easy to use. Instructions are a little vague on how to play music via the micro USB and aux input. Other than it is a really superb product for the price. Highly recommend it!

This is a great speaker, it is very loud. I use it for my ps4 and the sound quality is awesome!! I love it!

Got this for my husband to use in workshop. He loves it, listens to radio via phone. Easy to pair to Bluetooth.Some distortion with heavy bass, otherwise good product.

This speaker sounds very poor. The connection is always cutting off. I just move my phone a little when its playing music and the music cuts off.

I connect it to my cell phone and listen to some radio podcast and the volume is fairly low and doesn't meet my expectation.
