I LOVE the multi snap ankle straps and thickness of the barbell pad, both make me so happy to use, however; the wrist wraps are very thin and make holding onto any weight painful and difficult. I’d recommend the barbell pad and ankle straps but the wrist wraps are unusable. Overall, satisfied!

This barbell pad makes your squats, lunges and hip thrusts much less painful than when you have just the hard metal bar next to your skin and joints. The pad helps to distribute the weight better across your muscles. The velcro holds securely. The pad also comes with 2 wrist straps so that you don't have to rely on just your grip to hold onto the bar. It all fits in a nice drawstring net bag for carrying or storage in your gym bag.

the barbell pad is easy to put on and the velcro makes it stay put. the wrist wraps are comparable to most other wrist wraps on the market, so it works as intended.
