This ice maker was cheaper than most of the ice makers on Amazon. It works really well you get enough ice for one beverage within 7 minutes. I am saving so much money on my electric bill because I've turned off the ice maker inside of my freezer. The countertop ice maker technically uses the same amount of kilowatts as your freezer, but the difference is your freezer never shuts off. I only run the ice maker for a maximum of 2 hours three times a week. It really does save time and money the ice is nice and soft. You can choose between tiny many bullets or the full size. I really like it and it was pretty easy to clean just follow the manufacturer's directions in the booklet that's included

Makes ice just as it should

The only thing I can think that would make this better, would be to have a larger capacity ice basket. Otherwise this is a very good product. Mine runs pretty much non-stop. But there's 3 of us, so the ice is constantly getting used up. If it were just me, it might run every other day. It's very easy to use and clean. It runs quieter than my last ice maker. If you go through a lot of ice and don't want to mess with ice trays, this is what you want.

I have an ice maker on my fridge that never got hooked up. I use this little machine when I need ice. The ice taste great of you use spring water the performance is great there is some noise which is to be expected when the ice drops into the tray. I think the value for the money is spot in.

I cleaned it,Filled it with drinking water,Pluged it in pushed power button twice as instucted about a hour later it was full of ice and needed dumping.You better have a ice bucket ready to put in frezzer.This makes ice faster than you can!

It does exactly what it says, no issues.

I ordered this specifically for the self-cleaning. It requires a baking soda water mixture be added to clean the machine once/week and to cycle it 5 times each time it’s cleaned. That’s me cleaning NOT self-cleaning. Will update if I like it after the 24 hour waiting period.

I had to replace my previous ice maker as it is a necessity in my water. Its quiet, quick and always consistent with size.
