Havalon Piranta-Edge - Outdoor Knife + 12 Replacement Blades, Sharp Skinning Knives for Hunting, Fishing, Deer & Survival, Orange

I shot a big bodied Pennsylvania whitetail buck last week and used this knife for field dressing, skinning, boning and the final processing done this morning . Amazingly sharp blades. I did swap them out twice but the ones I replaced are still sharper than the other knives Ive been using for years and I keep them sharp. I would definitely recommend this knife for hunters.

Friend, had one of these and I was so impressed I had to have one of my own.Great blade, and plenty of extras, came with.Only thing , that's possibly a negative is the way you change out the replacement blades.You had better be very careful or you WILL cut yourself.It did come with a tool for replacing blades , but will soon be lost or broken, lol

Saying this is razor sharp is an understatement and just doesn't cut it - pun intended. :) It is so incredibly sharp. Perfect for skinning deer, elk, etc... The small size of the blade also makes it easier to get to hard-to-reach places. Comes with carrying case with belt loop, 12 extra blades, and this neat little tool to help remove/replace the blades so you don't injure yourself. When one blade is dull just grab the tool, take the blade off, pop another on and get with your life! No need to spend time sharpening the blades when you can get them for about $0.50 a piece on Amazon, which is another thing I like about this knife. And on top of that, they hold their edge quite nicely! The fact that it is orange is cool too so that way if I drop it while hunting or hiking it will be easier to find. I couldn't fit all 12 of the extra blades in the case though so I put 6 in the case and 6 in my First-Aid Kit, might need them in there one day.

I've open the package, yes they are sharp, have extra blades, haven't used them yet, maybe December if I kill an elk

I’ve had this nice for years. Finally lost it had to replace it immediately because this is the best knife I’ve ever owned. The best thing about it is the blades are replaceable so you never have to sharpen it. You just put it blade in it. Great product. I had a couple of screws come loose on the very first one I owned about three years ago. I called the factory to get some new screws. They sent me a whole new knife. Talk about service.
