Behold the SNROWNEW Battery case for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, i'll explain the focus further down. I purchased this unit because I was tired of having to charge my phone throughout the day and wanted a one time charge up. The first 30 days, the case did just that. I was very happy with the case. It slide onto my phone without any issues. It was like a glove. I charged my phone and case over night and ran it all day. It was nice. I loved it and it's the only reason I'm giving this case two stars.After the 30 day mark is when things went south. The night of November the 3rd, I plugged in like normal. My phone stated an odd message. It was in slow charging mode. My thoughts was, that's odd. The phone still did it's thing with the circle and letting me know it was charging. The morning, the case was at 1 dot and the phone was charged. That's odd I thought to myself. Throughout the day, I tried to charge the phone and case. I removed the phone from the case and tryed to charge it that way. The lights wouldn't come on unless, I held it at a odd angle. This is also when the outside of the case started to pile.So, I reached out to the seller and asked what to do. The seller responded with an AI response about an iPhone. I confirmed all the information with no response back. So, at this point, I knew the seller wasn't going to be any help.After using a high power magnifying setup, I found that the connector pin on the inside had came loose. This is why I have to hold the phone/case at odd angles to have it charge. Remember, the phone was not dropped in the time I had it. The ware and tare is from my pocket only and from sitting on my desk at work.Additional Information:Pros:- The unit doesn't block the camera in any way so taking pictures is nice.- The unit doesn't weight much and can be used on my car mount without any issues.- The wireless charging works but it is extremely slow.Cons:- Inside connector comes lose quickly.- I did not get a full 800 charges.- Not water resistant (Untested)- The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a curved screen, this unit hugs the screen right above the base line of the curve. Thus, any screen protectors are pealed up slightly when you place the phone into the case. This is a common issue with this phone and cases.- Warranty link has no additional information about who the manufacturer is or their website. I have been unable to find any additional information.Over all, 1 stars only because it worked for 30 days. I had high hopes for this unit. If it would have given me 800 charges, that would have been the life of my phone, but na, the connector wasn't strong enough to handle my empty pockets.

Works great

This product no longer charges my phone, It just stopped working and I can't get a replacement.This case is garbage, it stopped working after a month and now I need help to reach the seller to get a replacement! Please don't buy any of these cases, this is the fourth one I bought. I spoke with customer service and the link they sent to get in touch with the seller could be clearer. The link goes to a page that is no longer there. Amazon needs to make it easier to get in touch with customer service.

I use this phone case for about a month and every time I try to charge my phone it tells me my charging cable may be broken charging slow I taking my phone out of this case numerous times plugged it back in keep getting the same message slow charging and my phone keeps telling me to use the original charging cable devices faulty I cannot return it window is closed by only a few days

Looks great feels nice but after a week of use the battery no longer held a charge.

I purchased this in December.. it's March the doesn't doesn't hold a charge... It doesn't come with any type of warranty that I can tell I purchased one with my note 20 it lasted it years this only lasted a few months I would advise not purchasing unless the manufacturer offers a warranty at least a year
