Good quality
I am so lucky that I was able to purchased the black color of this bag. It was so difficult to find the color black and always not available. This bag made with good quality materials. I like the idea that I will be able to use it as personal item and put it under the airplane seat as personal bag. The storage capacity is enough for me and for my 5 yr old son. You can expand the bag or make it as compression if you like.I can bring one bag and both hands are free. The zipper quality is well made of. For security, you can just buy a clip that will hold togeter the zipper or buy a lock if you want to. I like the style especially the color and ideally for travelling.Overall I am well satisfied and glad I purchase this bag. I also buy the Osprey sojourn porter 65L for traveling.

Great amount of room for a personal size bag!
Awesome bag! I love that it opens to a big area where I can organize it myself. It holds a LOT for a personal item sized bag. Lightweight. Good zippers. Comfortable straps. It was hard to buy as I wanted it in black and it usually sells out very quickly. I got lucky. Maybe Osprey will learn and make more of that color.

Fantastic choice for small-framed one baggers.
The media could not be loaded. After reading waaayyy too many reviews and watching wayyy to many Pack Hacker videos, I landed with this pack. I originally bought a Cotopaxi Allpa 35L, which is nice if you want the extra space but starts off heavy at 4+ lbs and was unwieldy for my 5’4”, 155lb frame. After reading several reviews of the Osprey 26+6 on the HerOneBag reddit, I sold the Allpa and sprang for this one and am very happy with it!It packs a lot even when zipped to 26L, is really cute, and well built. It fits my frame perfectly without feeling overwhelming, is easy to use, and has comfortable straps. The stretchy side pockets are a bonus and I added elastic parachute cord to the tie down straps so I can toss my jacket on the outside. This little bag packs a big punch for its size, so if you’re looking for something that is easy to carry and won’t fall apart on you, it’d be a solid choice.

Functional but butt ugly
I don’t know why but I find this backpack to be super ugly in person. Online it seems absolutely perfect but in person it’s boxy and square and bland. BUT it is an amazing size, fully stuffed with blankets, both water bottle pockets can be used without compromising interior space. The laptop sleeve isn’t the most protective but I have cases on all the electronics I care about so not a deal breaker for me. The 2 front pockets are excellent for those small items like hand sanitizer and tissues and headphones. The trolley pass through sleeve is excellent as someone who often flies with a roller bag (overhead) and a backpack (personal item under the seat). Literally everything about this bag is what I want EXCEPT the sad gray. I wish it came in a sleeker black. That’s the end of my rant. Hope you find this bag functional as well!

Perfect value travel backpack
Just finished a 2 week trip to Japan with the Daylite as a personal item bag and it was perfect. Easily fits under United Airlines seats with room to spare. Never expanded it but I could have easily gotten more room. It fit my 5L camera sling in the bottom and still had room for a sweater, toiletries bag and electronics bag. Ended up using it as a daypack on the trip and it was perfect. Never felt too bulky or in the way. It always held what I took and any shopping along the way. Imo it doesn’t need a waist strap bc it’s so lightweight and can sit high on back. The front pocket fits a notebook and an ipad mini. Didn’t use the laptop sleeve but it looked capable… I found that slot useful for paper items and it was easy to zip open and quickly slide in paper items while the bag was packed. It had everything I wanted out of a backpack, especially the upright carry on pass through which came in clutch and is rare at this price. I got super lucky with a black color resell “like new” and it arrived in flawless condition. I saw so many iterations of the Daylite pack in Japan, which speaks to its reliability. Other backpacks have higher “rip stop” ratings but this thing handled daily hard travel with no issue. I can’t recommend it enough. For sub $150 it’s an excellent value. There’s really nothing to complain about at this price and anyone griping should just splurge on the bells and whistles they desire.

Found "The One"
I've had other bags from Osprey and Peak Design, but this one seems to fit my needs perfectly. It's very lightweight, looks good (tunnel vision grey is nice!), is just the right size while being expandable if necessary, stands up on its own, and has all the right features, like a luggage pass through and AirTag slot. Any bigger and it would be too bulky fully packed and not great on airplanes as a personal item. The straps are very comfortable and while it isn't a professional styled bag, its fine for business casual meetings. With compression packing cubes, it can carry 3 days of clothes no problem. I carry some shock cord with it so I can tie a jacket or something to it if needed. Hard to beat in this price range.

Excellent Expandable Bag
The absolute best carry on bag that delivers on comfort, storage capacity and ability to fit under the seat. It’s now been on a 3 month overland trip through Southern Africa and a 2 month overland trip through Central America. It’s the perfect bag for warm climate traveling. It’s all you will need.

Best personal item on market
Best underseat bag on market. Have used on United and Allegiant with no problems. Comfortable to carry in airport and fits in all the personal item requirements.
