Quality of the costume is on point. Worth the cost. Very flattering and size forgiving. I’m 5’3” and a 16/18. I ordered the XL. I probably could have ordered the L and it would still fit great. But if you don’t order a size down, you’ll be fine either way. Loved the tulle under the skirt. The skirt was a bit wrinkly so I did iron the night before. The length was perfect for me. It’s a well-made costume and the belt will cinch you in and give you a beautiful curvy look. I can’t wait to wear this costume again for future Halloweens!

I was IMPRESSED. I am 5'3" 140lbs more or less. Busty on top. I usually buy a size large to fit my top and hips. I was reluctant to buy a medium but based on reviews, did. It fit PERFECT! The petticoat was not nearly as bad (to me) as other reviews said. I loved the poofiness it gave. With the cinched belt, I thought it was flattering. For those with little to no curves (No offense intended) I can see how it would feel odd to have instant 'shape'. But omitting the petticoat is an easy fix. The fabric was well made and held up in the washer on delicate after an incident involving Halloween beverages. Next time I wear it, I'll buy a pack of tarot cards as 6 was just too few. Paired it with some cheap jewlery and creepy contacts, BAM instant freaky fortune teller. (I think sexy is overplayed nowadays)It was delivered in a garmet bag that I store it in. Shipped quickly and timely.I wonder if I could get away with wearing it to my cousin's wedding....hmmmm

I'm not big on buying store bought costumes... I usually make my own but needed something in a pinch and no time to sew. I have to say this is a really great costume. I took my chances and ordered a medium because it was cheaper. According to The size chart I should have ordered a large. The gauze like peasant top is a little tight in the arms so maybe the large would have fit me better. However the rest of the costume fits perfect! I did some alterations and actually cut the top off of the over skirt. I'm not crazy about yellow and because it was a little snug anyway, I decided to wear my own peasant top. At the last moment I did as another reviewer said and cut the stiff netting out from under the skirt. I love it now and cant wait to wear it! All in all good quality... Lots of fun accessories included!

This costume is well made, and the size medium fits perfectly. I'm 5' 2", about 130 lbs, and usually wear size 6 and 8's. The only things I didn't like were the tulle under the skirt and the belt. I would understand if it was a southern belle costume or something, but all the tulle did was make me look many sizes bulkier on bottom for no apparant reason. So, I cut the tulle out and like how the skirt lies much better. The belt was kind of flimsy, and as I'm short-waisted (unlike the tall model pictured), it crinkled and folded over in an unflattering way. So I've opted to use a wide brown fabric belt that I already had, which looks great.I ordered some chunky fake gold jewelry to wear with the costume and will either wear tall black boots or black flats depending on the temperatures. I'm looking forward to wearing it at two parties, and feel like it's sturdy enough to hand wash if needed.

Amazing costume! The costume fit great, I received many compliments wearing it. It came in a garment bag for great protection and it's own storage. I liked how the outfit came in layers of fabric.The pale yellow top, the skirt, the blue overlay on the skirt, the red waist shawl, the brown waist, and the red head piece. I felt very comfortable and beautiful wearing it. My only two dislikes was the headpiece, but that is a personal preference, and the brown waist material. The brown waist was just a tie around, pulling from the middle of the fabric. This caused the upper and lower front portion to fold. Other than that, I LOVE this costume!

This was an amazing find. The costume comes in two main pieces -- the striped underskirt with netting (to make it full and fluffy) and a one piece "dress' -- which consists of a peasant top (light yellow in color) and blue-green gauzy overskirt. I'm a size 12/14 and found that the XL underskirt , which has a lot of elastic, was quite loose and needed to be belted. The top and overskirt fit well but I believe that a large would have fit me equally well and would have probably gone with that size, if I'd had time to make a return. Despite the slight large fit, I loved this costume. The materials were pretty good, especially the overskirt and top which felt like a real dress. Also, the description stated "Sequined waist sash and bandana; embossed vinyl belt, plus six fortune teller cards jewelry not included" but in reality ALL of these things were included and thank goodness, because the touches really made the dress! Just added boots and jewelry for a great look.
