I got this for overall wellness. It tasted earthy but was easy to mix into my morning tea. My favorite thing is the lab-tested quality, which gave me confidence in its safety.

Why was my first four orders of this product was syrup resin, I loved it. The fifth order was a thick hard paste that is hard to use?The first four orders had a plastic top under the cover, very helpful I preserving freshness. The last order had aluminum seal. I’m totally disappointed in the consistency and texture of this product due to this last order and feel like I’m not getting the same results from using it. I still have the last bottle looks like thick tar. I Don’t like it.The sixth order was once again a excellent.

Shilajit purveyors on Amazon can sometimes be full of something else beginning with shi-, so I was glad to see this company provided a lab test with each jar. I've only tried shilajit in capsule form before, so this was my first time actually tasting it. I'm not sure how to describe the flavor, but perhaps "battery acid mixed with spent charcoal" paints the most accurate picture. It is not pleasant y'all, but apparently that's par for the course. I didn't feel anything particularly special when I tried it the first time, but I tried it again when I had a cold and felt something like a beam of strength shooting through my general misery. So I think there's something there. I felt the need to subtract a star, though, because it arrived with a small amount of leakage around the lid because there's no inner seal.

This is about the 5th brand of shilajit I've used and this one was one of the better of the bunch. It was more liquid than some of the others which makes it slightly easier to get into my coffee each morning. The flavor is a non-factor to me as I can't taste it in my coffee.

Before you use this product , contact your physician for any medication interaction. I use it in water everyday. My skin cleared up and I see less dark spots. I’m very happy with the results.

I was very skeptical when i received it because of its look and the smell.I've read all the good effects of shilajit on your body and decided to test it out. I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks now, and I can tell the positive effect on my body already.I have 2 bottles from 2 different sellers. Now i can compare the two. I usually add a dip of a tiny spoon tgat came with a different jar in my hot coffee. This one came with a metal spoon. It's not convenient to use.This shilajit resin struggles to get dissolved. (I have to sturr it up for a while otherwise it'll drop to the bottom of the cup undissolved.)Some other sellers have shilajit that dissolves fast and easy.The taste is ... well, awful. It doesn't taste good. It's tolerable.The best part is that it does give me energy which lasts me throughout the day. After school in the morning I go to work, and I feel energized. I don't feel the need to drink more coffee mid-day or in the evening. This has never happened to me before! I'm loving the new change. There's no afternoon drowsiness anymore! I think it's all because of this magic thing.It's kind of pricey, but I do recommend it.

This shilajit is more watery and has a different flavor than the lab-tested shilajit that I've tried in the past. I've found the flavor and consistency of the lab-tested shilajit to be very similar across three different brands that I've tried. This shilajit bears some of the bitter, earthy flavor that I've come to associate with shilajit, but it also has a subtle minty flavor and a different aftertaste that I have not experienced in the lab-tested brands. While I cannot empirically verify the contents of this particular product, I find it to be less desirable than the lab-tested shilajit that I've tried in the past and I will not be coming back to this brand.
