S2 Dual Purpose Yoyo for Beginner / Professional Finger Trick Yoyo, Responsive & Unresponsive Yo Yo with Bag Case + 10 Yo-yo Strings (Green)

Great-grandsons caught on fast how to use these and had much fun with them.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this last week for my seven year old who has been interested in getting a yo-yo. Yo-yo came with multiple strings and we tied one to it and right away he got to using it. It's very easy to use as long as the string is cut to the right length of the person using it. Yo-yo itself is very sturdy and made of metal. It is heavier than a plastic yo-yo so I would recommend for at least ages 6 and up. My son is having fun with it.

The media could not be loaded. I love the design of this sleek and smooth professional yo-yo. This yo-yo has one of the best designs I have seen and also has a perfect sleep. One of the best things you can get for a novice. And it also has two modes the responsive and unresponsive.

I order yoyos for my 10 year old to try out pretty regularly. He's always liked the S1 unresponsive yoyos because they're very easy to adjust between sleeping and non-sleeping. This product also comes with a storage case, and plenty of extra strings to allow anyone to replace them as needed. The only real complaint is that it doesn't really set itself apart from others. It's not to say that it's not a good option, but it doesn't offer anything other S1 yoyos this price range won't offer.

This yoyo is very well made out of some sort of aluminum alloy type light-weight metal. So an important warning for all ages, this is best used outside and away from glass or other breakables. It comes with 2 sets of bearings, so of course the first thing I did was change it out for the “expert” one, and quickly found out that I am no expert. Lol. It became so unresponsive that I couldn’t get the yoyo to come back up. Apparently there is a trick for getting it back up that you can learn on their website, but I haven’t taken the time to check that out. Instead, I just put bac the regular bearing, which is also unresponsive, but more controllable like you might expect a regular yoyo. The case is probably not necessary other than to carry all the extra strings and parts. The coloring on the yoyo is absolutely beautiful, and while it may not have intended to be transgender supportive, that is one of the biggest reasons I got this one.

I thought it would be cool to get this Wabesmanis Store professional yoyo for me and my 10-year-old daughter to play with. The main thing I learned is that this professional yo-yo is not like the ones I played with as a kid! This is a professional yo-yo designed for folks who can or want to learn to do cool tricks. And, as far as I can tell, it is made really well for that purpose. The only thing I know how to do is "walk the dog", which it does perfectly, spinning for quite a while and then coming right back up to my hand when I flick my wrist a bit. The instructions are pretty clear as far as attaching the string. In fact, I learned a couple of things just reading the instructions, like how to properly attach the string to my finger. Changing the bearings is easy with the provided tool. For $18-$22, this is a great yo-yo.

As a kid, I loved playing with yo-yos and never really gave them too much thought, as many young kids do. Plus it was the 80's and there wasn't really much to do. The butterfly yo-yos were the prized possessions of any kid who's folks were in a position to get them one. I was not one such kid and had to make due with far inferior variants.But now that's changed and I can give my inner child this awesome toy and relive some of those days. This yo-yos come a long way with it's all aluminum body and weight-y feel. The sleep on this thing is just amazing and let's me dust off all the old tricks I knew and pick up quite a few more. A case for a yo-yo was practically unheard of and in the realm of the days' fiercest enthusiasts, but here we have one, extra string, bearings, and even the little Allen wrench to make adjustments on the fly.If you've been meaning to scratch the nostalgia itch or are just interested in getting into yo-yos, this is a great beginner's yo-yo that should stick with you a long time.

The yoyo does finger and arm grinds with no problem, however it does loose a bit so don't drag them out. Thumb grinds work great due to the IRG created by the rim designed. The yoyo remains stable and on-axis and doesn't want to correct off the thumb grind into a vertical orientation. Grinds can be improved via use of the included yoyo glove, but I don't use yoyo gloves. It's nice they thought about the players and included them.Nice rims allow for more weight at the edge for longer spin times and stability. The V shape is nice and open, forgiving and provides a large catch zone. This was very smooth, even when you consider I took the yoyo apart and changed the bearing from the stock lubed responsive flat bearing to the unlubed concave unresponsive profiled bearing included, with the help of the included bearing puller. The flat bearing can be made unresponsive via a proper cleaning, but I didn't want to do that. The stock strings are nothing amazing, but they include 10 of them. Most new players only have the single stock string with the yoyo. Watieoboo includes 10 strings so you can really determine if you want to continue your yoyo journey. Plus, this is a fun yoyo to play. Put on your string of choice and enjoy even more play.Out of the package, the response pads need to be broken in, which is done quickly within 10 minutes. The bearing also needs some breaking in, but I didn't spend the time to do that yet. Breaking in new response pads and new bearings is fairly standard on almost all yoyos, so it's not a negative. This bearing didn't give me any issues, not showing any of that "new bearing" stuff. The response pads didn't give me any of that "new response pad grip" I sometimes get when doing slack-type tricks. The yoyo is more or less competition ready within minutes of being opened, the bearing changed, using your preferred string and played to break in the response pads.Very fun yoyo and comes in a number of nice splash with a touch of acid wash colorways. I'm enjoying this purchase and this item. Good for new and advanced players. Good enough for a first metal, as well as good enough to complete with.

I’m not much good at using this, but I feel inspired to try now. This is really solidly made, smooth, and nicely finished with vibrant colours. In more competent hands than mine, I am confident it will work great. It is a big step up from the cheap plastic ones I’ve had as a kid and a good value, looking forward to having some fun trying to learn it!

Love the look of this yoyo…the metallic pink/blue colouring with the white inserts at the side look very stylish and premium. The feel of it is great as well with its metal construction, good weight, and smooth spinning action. I appreciate the extras as well with the case, extra string and replacement bearing that lets you convert it to an “unresponsive” yoyo when your skills evolve for more advanced tricks.If I have one nitpick it’s the way the string was all just tossed into the case together in a large clump instead of individually bundled as shown. It took a while to untangle it all but that’s a minor issue.This is a good model to get into the hobby with or a nice addition to an existing collection.
