Meredith Wild and Mia Michelle have written a funny, sexy, love story that I loved! This book has everything you could want!The POTUS has a daughter named Charlotte, his only child, that is so tired of being a good girl-smile on demand, great manners, constant press, no privacy, and no fun at all. On top of that her parents have practically forgotten she exists, the only contact she has is with her security detail! When she does see her parents her mother always picks on her and criticizes her every move.Then there is Zane! He has secretly loved Charlotte from afar for quite some time, but it afraid to act on it. He is very dominant and handsome, and Charlotte is on a mission to party and have a great time including finding a few amorous moments. This puts Zane on high alert and a party she goes to almost causes her grief of the worst type if Zane had not broken down a door to rescue her from what could be a huge mistake!One of the secret service men assigned to her is Chester, an older man that loves her and feels fatherly toward her and gives into her even though he should know better! He is a great minor character in this book. He sees what is going on and just wish he could make Charlotte's life better.Charlotte's best friend is Katherine and between she and Charlotte, some of their antics are crazy and one scene has them at a sex club! Zane s really upset and when he sees her there and takes control. Katherine also finds the owner of the club very fascinating and soon they become a couple!Even though her parents ignore her and she has had a good time in College in New York getting an art major degree, her father decides she needs to go to a different college and get a law degree! Charlotte is so upset and this decision just brings out the wild child in her! This brings out the dominant in Zane who decides he needs to control Charlotte in the best of ways! Charlotte loves this! Unfortunately there are other forces plotting against Charlotte and she is about to be put in a situation that can end her life!Read on about the antics that Charlotte gets into, the danger she put herself in, heartbreak, and most of all an ending you will love! The plot is great and twists and turns so I kept thinking what next?, and the characters are great. The dialog is wonderful and I hope to see more books co authored by Meredith Wild and Mia Michelle!I gave this book 10**********stars but can only mark it as 5*****, but you do not want to miss out on this!

Charlotte Daley is the daughter of the President of the United States. She's waiting to go back to college in NYC and is getting her party on to have something to do. Charlotte is just a lonely girl that has to be obedient because of who her father is. Her parents don't give her any attention and just wants her to do whatever they tell her. Since no one is paying attention to her, Charlotte tries to alleviate her loneliness by partying!Zane Parker is the hot and sexy secret service agent assigned to protect Charlotte. Zane sees Charlotte's loneliness and her out of control ways but it is his job to make sure she doesn't cause a scandal and ruin her and her family's reputation.Charlotte and Zane are attracted to each other but they know that nothing can be done or ever come of it. Charlotte puts herself in danger at a party so Zane has to come to her rescue. They continue to fight their attraction to each other until Charlotte and a friend shows up a club that Zane happens to be at during his one night off in months. Things change between Charlotte and Zane when Zane sees her at the club and they give in to their attraction to each other.Zane decides to make a deal with Charlotte - they can have a physical relationship but she has to submit to him and she can't do anymore crazy things! Charlotte is intrigue and agrees to their arrangement. However, emotions developed the 2 of them but Zane won't admit them. Added to that, A man from Charlotte's past is intent on harming Charlotte. Circumstances, Charlotte's father, and Zane's career puts Zane and Charlotte in positions to make choices that will affect their chances of having a relationship with each other.Charlotte and Zane has such powerful chemistry together and they care for each other deeply even when they don't realize it or won't admit it. Charlotte's life is full of orders and doing what her parents want and not having much of a say even though she is 20 years old. She has to follow "orders" so as not to cause any scandal or tarnish their family's reputation.

If you enjoyed Sierra Simone's American Camelot series, FSOG, and Alexa Riley's Protecting Freedom - I think you'll enjoy Misadventures of the First Daughter. One of the things that I really like about this series and that is perfectly exemplified here, is that they read very quickly - the pacing is fast and there is no slow burn to suffer through. The heat level is high without being raunchy and I felt like the level of emotion was elevated in a way that I wasn't expecting but that I'm totally here for. Charlotte could have come off as spoiled and entitled as the First Daughter, but I truly did sympathize with her situation. I'm always a fan of books that feature parents as the big baddies (and we def get that here in a way), so I really appreciated that the authors didn't stop there with the villainous characters. For as long as it took me to finally read this volume, I pretty much gobbled it down. As always, I can't wait for the next Misadventure and look forward to reading more from this writing duo! 3.5 out of 5 wine glasses.

I got this book through netgalley and omg I didn't think it would be like amazing but it proved me wrong just like every other misadventures book that I have read to date it is 6 but wow truly amazing books. I defiantly loved this one aswell and could not put it down until I had finished it well done ladies!!!

I liked this misadventure very much. It was extremely hot but had depth too.Charlotte really grows as a character and Zane goes from being unemotional to in love progressively.The only reason it lost a star is because I would have loved an in depth epilogue.A great addition to the misadventures series.

Well done Meredith on a great book.Addictive, Erotic and gripping. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. x
