Was packaged nice, instructions to build were easy a child could do it- they even have a build videoAwesome suspension and good brakes, goes pretty fast and torquey and looks stealthy. Strong motor can get to 20mph in 5-6 seconds on a slight incline with ONLY throttle. That's very impressive for one rear hub motor at this price. Basket preinstalled for you gives it more cool and actually practical to hold things or even use as extra part of frame for more options to lock the bike etc.Bike frame feels very solid and looks really cool. No aluminum here, it's steel!I think in this market the value for this power/range and build quality the price is very good. 🤧 I get asked about it while riding!It goes 32.6 mph (true speed with gps) on flat ground. It takes awhile to get to that max speed but very quick to 20-25 mph. Expect to be around 28-30 mph most of the time. If you pedal hard and use the throttle at the same time you can reach 34-35 mph, and nearly 38-40 mph down a steep hill

My likes are it feels comfortable and more of a motorcycle than a bike. The duel suspension is really nice. The speed is good as well for I can do 30mph on it and I'm a big man. The rang is great for what I use it for and it is comfortable for me.My dislikes are. The headlight could be brighter maybe with high and low beams on it, the tire could be stronger or more durable. My second time riding it I got a flat tire. So I bought more durable tires for it so this won't happen again. I also didn't like the fact that you can't buy a rear rack for it I had to custom make one for it and it turned out great. The rear shock could be a softer ride and I broke7 spokes and had to get my rear wheel respoked. But all together it is a good bike.

This is an awesome bike. So easy to put together, it rides well and is smooth once you figure out how to handle it. Very sturdy, I wrecked it avoiding someone’s unruly kid. There wasn’t even a scratch on it, my face is a different story though. My only gripe is it’s hard to pedal at my size of 6’2” 240. But I bought this to cruise, not traditionally bike around. I noticed there is some rattling too, but I think it’s the cargo area on the bottom. Be prepared for high shipping costs, but this bike is heavy and to be expected

It's fun to ride, but doesn't go nearly as fast as advertised, nor does the battery get anywhere near the range advertised. In reality, it goes about 25mph and has a range of maybe 25 miles at most on throttle only. It looks nice and was shipped in a timely manner, it just isn't what's advertised....

This bike is stunning and ran great. Unfortunately, though, the back cable got twisted around the loose back wheel hub and broke. I contacted the seller directly and they are shipping out a new part to us. The kindess and understand was so refreshing. We are excited to get the new part and get the bike up and running again. We will tighten the wheel base better this time and hope that all goes well. A big thank you to the company for working with us so nicely!

I have enjoyed riding this bike everyday to work or just around my neighborhood I get just enough battery to go around running errands on this thing and I don't have to charge it for 2 days I average 24miles a day and I always put this thing on 5 which is pushing it about 35MPH so it gets the job done, I bought about a month ago and have already recommended this product to friends and family that are looking for a entry level Ebike and don't really care about how fast or how much juice you get out of the battery im sure there are better options if you take your time and go through the thousands of them on amazon hopefully this bike will last me years to come even though I use it as my daily commute I did come across a problem but the customer service team was able to reach out and take care of me quick and just for that I give them a 5 star review. The riding experience is exciting and fun I can go fast and stop on a dime if I need to like I said its a entry level bike and to me its the best bang for your buck im sure if I have any more problems the customer service team will help and get my problem solved.

The brakes on this bike are Ridiculously noisy! Squeaking even without being applied. Constant squeaking. I have to tap the brake and it will go away temporarily. The seat is quite uncomfortable- there are days I don’t ride it just because my upper thighs hurt too much. Oh and mine didn’t have all the hardware to attach the front fender. It’s been a month and I still don’t have the parts as requested (being sent from China).Keep searching. Buy another option.

We originally bought this as an inexpensive option for my Husband to get from A to B. It has since become the family toy. We now use it for exercise, to get around while playing Pokémon Go, my sons love to take rides with their dad. What stated as a transport item for 1 person has quickly become loved by all….even the dog likes to run next to it while we are riding.
