EDIT: DO NOT BUY THIS MASK!!! This is a scam! I saw another review saying these are not NIOSH N99 certified masks, and even after wearing an intact one I have begun experiencing increasing lung pain from wildfire smoke because this mask DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!! DO NOT BUY.Original review:The filters are advertised to last a week of use, but after only 2 days of use I discovered holes had developed in the seams of the mask lining, allowing smoke to come through, and I started feeling effects on my lungs today. It's a good mask otherwise, but I can't recommend it given this weak point in the filter.

Bought this for going to China. The pollution can be overwhelming. Worked much better than the disposables I had been using on prior trips. This past weekend I also used it at a music festival which got very dusty. Most people had bandannas tied around their faces, but I doubt that filtered out nearly as much as my mask. Plus I go several compliments because it made me look "like Bane."

This mask arrived in great condition and I have used to a few times when I go outside with all these wildfires and smoke and ask is bad but if I have to go outside this works better than any other mask I’ve used! Thank you!

In case you're thinking of getting this for wildfire smoke, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This masks doesn't seal around the nose and mouth very well, and the filter is very thin. I could still smell the smoke while wearing it. While wearing a 3M 8293 mask I can't smell any smoke. Get one of those.

Easy to put on and take off, worked well with my eyeglasses. Used it extensively when cutting concrete blocks. I felt the side seal should have been a bit tighter.

I purchased this mask to wear while mowing the lawn and gardening. I was afraid it might be stiff and irritate my skin but the material is soft and non irritating. Breathing with this mask on is much better than the paper type masks because it has the vent. I love the fact that the nose part will adjust to fit your nose otherwise the dust and pollen would come through there. Another difference between this mask and the paper masks is that the elastic is not tight and does not hurt behind the ears. The only thing I didn't care for was that it is a little large, coming down slightly over the chin but everyone's face is different and it's not a huge deal, in fact, it probably helps the mask to stay in place. I would recommend this for anyone who suffers with allergies.

Unfortunately, I purchased this product in March for future use on airplane trips as on the last flight I took I ended contracting pneumonia, likely in part because the passenger next to me was quite sick....coughing and sneezeing during an entire 2 hour flight and the plane was full so I could not be reseated. The pneumonia ended up being an infectious type and I ended up nearly dying as I had to have a thoracotomy and a portion of my lung removed all because I did not have a respirator mask for protection. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MASK -- it is extremely difficult to use and one you do unscrew the ventilation circle, good luck getting the device to allow you to breath and the inner lining does not stay in place. A real disappointment.

This seems to be made for women or children. I added to the strap but it barely covers my nose to my chin. Otherwise the construction seems fine. And for men remember that you have to shave for this to be effective.
