I wish i had a way to contact seller. I ordered 20 of these and some started to pop in to my mailbox.But online it was advertised as equipment for a specific ICOM radio we use.The packaging on the earpiece itself states for MOTOROLA. Also the photo is not what is inside the bag. It shows a flat plug and what arrived is a pointy plug. Not very comfortable to wear on your belt radio. So that is a wrong description for sure.As MOTOROLA design is close, it is not for ICOM.I will try it out this weekend but i might have noise issues as the plug design is a bit different compared to the ones we use now.

I purchased fifteen for our workplace. Only one size earpiece is supplied. The plug sticks out the side of the radio. Better models have the plug point the wiring vertically so it is less likely to hit things. One unit failed the second week of use.

This worked very well for our Pacific Northwest event. I used it in the rain which may have no bearing on the performance. The sound quality though was excellent. The earpiece was comfortable to use over a 10 hour period. The Mic switch was solid too. I was told that my voice was clear over the radio. I did not experience cross talk from my partner who was using a radio as well. I would buy this again.

Well im not yet use still set in my truck but I alredy set up. im pretty sure really good and it help a lot because I used that before. Thank you

Was overall very satisfied with product. Sound quality good if not great. Microphone works well and could not beat the price. Will purchase more in the future.

I work in an Elementary School. This works great with our handsets and keeps kids names from being blared over the radio.
