Gift for my grandson

Returning Item for Exchange. Child really enjoys playing with the Little Engineer Toy. It Is very educational and overall, well designed to teach child shapes, sounds, numbers, correct tool to use etc..Only issue is the 5 numbers on the front do not vocalize the correct number when pressing in all instances.If you press 2 it says 3, and if you press 3 it says 2. The other numbers work fine, 1,4, &5.Since it is a learning tool it is important for the child to be able to hear the correct sound in the correct orderas well visually see the correct number with the correct sound. Thank you

This was purchased as a gift for a one year old after reading other reviews of being purchased for that age even though it is recommended for older children. He likes the sounds it makes and the different tools, and was also liked by 3 year old girl so I believe it will be a toy he will play with for a couple of years. Product is good quality, as described and arrived as promised.

Check measurements…this is a cute toy but I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t just a bit bigger for the price.

Ok, If you are looking at these tool, work bench sets you already (or should) know what you are in for. Our 21 month daughter will gleefully press the drill or saw for eternity (or so it seems). We're the second week in January and it is still one of the first toys grabbed every morning. Ha! It comes with a little hammer, screwdriver and wrench and shaped that can be hammered into the corresponding shaped holes. The nails make little clinking sounds when hit as well. The front has a little slide that says numbers one through five (with a British accent) but the main fun is the tools and the machine noise makers. I was initially disappointed because it is smaller than I expected (maybe a foot or so long?) and the toys are small as well but we realized that it was the perfect size for little arms and hands to carry away so the size isn't an issue.Basically be prepared to be in shop class every day. If that isn't a problem, this is a fun little toy for little kids, girl or boy.

The toy itself is pretty nice. The quality is good and very creative. The different noises and songs are nice. Great for kids that enjoy noises. The number panel on the front will say each number as you slide the plastic piece over and it's definitely a voice with an Asian accent. Not a bad thing by any means just a little funny to hear. Also the toy is smaller than I expected. I'm giving it to a 1 y.o. and he's a little small for his size so I think it's be a good fit for him.

This is a nice birthday gift. Comes already put together in a nice box. All you have to do is put in 2 AA batteries then it’s good to go. Each power tool is attached to the bench so no worries about losing those and they make nice power tool sounds. The music is nice. It only comes with one ball though. The shape sorter is easy and the tools that detach are perfect for little fingers. Got this for my grandson’s 1st birthday.
