This was the right product for my couch.
I purchased a one piece set and didn’t look very carefully to see if the holes would match my couch recliner. I only needed one. I returned the one that did not fit and learned my lesson. I now have a spare set. The pull works perfectly and I saved a lot of money because my recliner couch was not useful with only one side working.

Replacement parts are hard to match
The length is correct for what I needed but the pull part and the mounting part are too close and this I wasn’t able to properly install this replacement part. Not really the products fault that it didn’t match but It is not universal.

Much cheaper than getting a professional to fix it.
Used this on two recliners that broke. I am not a handyman for sure, but I took off the original cables and measured it to make sure I had the right size - this is very important. I replaced the cables on two chairs in less than an hour and now they both work perfectly. I purchased my couch from the Chesterfield Shoppe and when I called for a replacement cost on their parts it was over $100. Although it took a little longer to receive the item from Amazon, it was well worth it. I'm glad I bought an extra set just to have as a back up.
