ZerollDeco Spoon Set (Discontinued by), 17 Inch, Brown

Reccomend....great item. Easy to use

I like that I can now do designs on on my platting, spoons are light and easy to use. What I didn’t like was that Amazon showed and described the spoons as having wooden handles, which was my main reason for choosing the item. However, when they arrived, the spoons were all metal. Had I known they were all metal, I would have gone with a different set. Amazon did discount the item even though I felt like I should have been given a full refund due to the item being falsely advertised.

Enjoyed putting an artistic touch to an elegant dinner - Larger spoon was used to write out Balsamic using a reduced Balsamic glaze on the salad plates, with pear; candied pecans and mixed greens and again as decorative dots of larger to smaller size on the dessert plate which included mixed berries and crème brulee. The event was for a 70th birthday party. I washed a u-tube video from the inventor of this spoon and then went looking for the product on Amazon. Thank you Amazon for always being my go-to source. One more thing; I prefer the larger spoon, which permits you to have enough at one time to really make the decoration. I am looking forward to many more elegant dinners; especially with such a tool at my disposal

They're great. I agree with what other people said about the concistency of the sauce it needs to be to a nappe concistency otherwise it won't work as well. I do not understand how people are complaining that they break easily. Of course they're probably a little more fragile than other spoons but not easy to break unless you have destructive hands.

takes more practice than you think, but they are nice. I wish they had metal handles instead.

I go to a culinary school. my peers and chefs were very impressed with what i can do with these spoons.

Love the spoons but some sauces I use are thicker and they do not work well with a thicker sauce has to be thin that's a problem
