I hate that breast pumps do not let you choose what size you need. This set is perfect to measure yourself and adapt your inserts to your size. Adapting my breast pumps made pumping no longer painful and it helped me pump more milk too.

Gets the job done
I mostly got this product to measure my nipple size, so the inserts were just a bonus honestly. I gave it 4 stars because those inserts are a little short when I place them in the flange. But overall a good set for the price and I would deff recommend.

Great for education and flange sizing!
They're silicone so much more comfy than the hard plastic. Love the many options, that they're shorter for hands free pumps like Elvie, the many sizes and the sizing is a nice bonus.
