I found my product damage and also quality issue in product

Today 17th Aug 2024 I have received this product and the product quality in very bad, I'm regretting after buy this Product. I can't able to adjust height because Product quality if I forced to adjust setting that may demage some part. I'm really confused after received this Product should I return or not.
