Absolutely love this reformer! Super sturdy, smooth gliding, and folds up easily when I need the space. It feels just like the machines at the studio but way more convenient for home workouts.Assembly was SOOOOO easy, you could probably assemble it with your eyes closed.Total game-changer.

I’m so glad I bought this machine! I read reviews and I was nervous but the quality is great. Obviously not studio quality but you can get a great Pilates workout from home no problem. I love that it also came with the box and jump board. It is heavy and not super easy to fold but when it is folded it is compact. I was paying $200 a month for a studio pass and now I can do everything from home. Worth it!

This at home reformer has surpassed my expectations. If you're looking to save money and aren't ready to take the plunge on the big brands, but want an up-leveled experience from Aero, this is the reformer for you. It looks nice, like a standard studio reformer and comes with a box and jumpboard. The construction was a little chaotic, some of the directions weren't quite accurate or left some info to your imagination, but all-in-all it wasn't terrible! I'm a 37yo female, and built it myself in one afternoon after a little trial and error. I've used the machine once thus far and it performed as expected, without much hassle or spring noise. I think it'll take a little getting used to the spring tension and how it correlates to the brands I've used in the past and to decide on strap length and height. I am super pleased with this purchase!

I use this Pilates reformer 4 to 5 times weekly and I like it a lot. I know there are better ones out there but for the price I’m able to have this in my winter home and use it whenever I want and get a great workout.It arrived very quickly after I ordered it, less than a week. It arrived in 2 boxes and both in perfect condition. It was pretty easy to assemble. Took maybe an hour or so but definitely not bad. It’s very heavy though so be sure to assemble it where you’re wanting to keep it.The padding is fine for the price. I’ve been on reformers with better padding but this is truly fine. The things that could be better are: the hand & foot straps are not very comfortable so obviously a cheaper material used for that. It makes a loud grinding noise when I’m really working out more cardio like but I haven’t yet figured out why or what is causing it to make this grinding sound (??) I’ll update if & when I figure that one out. However it’s just a noise and it’s not 100% of the time, just every once in awhile it happens.So overall I’m very happy with this machine and glad I got it. Great Great Price

Okay so I’ve been using the reformer for a little over a week and I really like it. It’s definitely not a studio quality couple of thousand dollar one but it gets the job done. I was worried it would be squeaky or not feel stable but that hasn’t been an issue at all. It’s supposed to be foldable so that you can store it easily but it’s so heavy that it’s not really reasonable to fold it up everyday so I did have to rearrange my room so that I can just keep it out all the time. Also I think it’s important to have a really strong base knowledge of Pilates in a class before using it at home because you really have to know how you should be positioned for moves so that you know how to adjust the bar and straps on this one because it is different

Package came without instructions and no way to contact manufacturer. Amazon was no help.

I was so happy today when I received my reformer!! I am unpacked every piece and laid them all out and got ready to put it together and realize that the frame was cracked. It’s no use to anybody as it is and now I have to pack it all up and somehow bring it somewhere where I can return it. It’s very heavy. This will take me some time to find help to do this and is very frustrating.

I really love this reformer. I don't feel it's wobbly or unstable at all and I'm 200 pounds. It looks and feels really nice, like a more expensive reformer. I did have one minor thing. One of the red springs was a little annoying. The red part kept popping out of it. I was just living with it for a while because,whatever, I'll just pop it back in each time I have to. But then a few months after I bought it I messaged the seller and just asked if they had any suggestions. They promptly sent out a new red spring (even though it was way beyond the date any other company would support their product) and it was easy to install. I feel that they really stand behind their product so if you do have any issues and reach out with pictures they will do what they can to help.
