This ring is really nice. Tracks your steps, Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Blood Oxygen Levels as well as all your sleep info. It is very comfortable to wear.

Purchased for my wife who decided against a watch. Fits 2 fingers so there’s versatility in this. So far, the battery life has been 3+ days. The ring looks like any normal right, same weight as a standard ring. Connects to the app quick as long as you close the app after each viewing. There’s a lot of info on there for $85 at the time we purchased it, so I’d say it’s been a good investment and great value for the money.
