The media could not be loaded.  I think the insulation works well, I tried to chill some coffee in the cup by puting it in the freezer. Somehow I forgot that it's supposed to keep liquids cold or hot when sealed. Yeah the coffee stayed room temperature after 15 minutes in the freezer. So I'd say insulation is good. It's heavy when filled with liquid, feels sturdy. Looks cute, no leakage if you shake it upright but don't flip it over with liquid or it will spill. The straw is thick enough that it will likely last a good while, I love that it comes with the tube cleaner. I'd say so far I'm pretty happy with the cup, very nice. I haven't tried putting it in a cup holder yet, but the bottom half of the cup is significantly thinner than the wider top half.

I use this strictly for ice coffee and it works great. This will last all day long. I fill 2/3 way with ice, Dunkin Ice Coffee pod, creamer and good to go for the day.The top has a leak proof hole that seals well when the straw isn't in it.Best part is price, not $50. like some.

I am happy with my purchase of this item. The size is just right to hold comfortably in hands. The water stays cold for a long time and enjoy drinking.

This is my work cup and often times when I come back in to work the next day it still has ice in it. It love it!

This cup is great for cold drinks! I use it every day at work for iced coffee, soda and water. Came with a brush to keep straw clean as well.Only downside is that my lid cracked, and I need to buy a new one, but I can't find that option from the buyer.

Love that it is spill proof and can go into the dishwasher!

Works well with carbonated beverage

I filled this cup with ice and water and put on the lid. 15 hours later there was still ice. 25 hours later there was no ice, but the water was still cold. As for keeping drinks hot, it was subpar. I put hot coffee in it and put the lid on. 6 hours later the water was tepid. The cup didn't "sweat" in either case.
