We had a mother and six new kittens and this product kept save our furniture. There was plenty to cover our couches and it worked fantastically. Would highly recommend this to anyone who has cats in their house.

I opted not to use the sticky backing so I left the clear film on the back. We have new leather sofa & love-seat and we put a velvet cover over both because of our cats. I simply cut sections of the scratch mat to fit the arm rests and the front/back of the ends of the sofas. I then slid the cut scratch mat pieces into place under the fitted covers and they stayed in place even when we adjuct the sofas to full recline (powered recline). I was afraid to use the sticky sides on the new leather but so far they stay in place well without it under the fitted sofa covers and you can't tell they are under there. We bought a second roll as one only covered the area on one of the sofas. Tip, I cut the length of one sofa arm rest and then split it into 2 pieces long-ways so that it was actually enough for both arm rests on the sofas. I followed this method for both the front length and back length of the ends of the sofa an got the most out of the roll. so basically, measure the length of your section and then cut in half to get to equal length pieces for each area.

I just got new couches & I have two cats. They usually scratch the side of the old sofa I threw out. This works like a charm. It adhered to my couch nicely. I was skeptical due to the material of this couch however it stuck nicely & it’s only day one. I am hoping it last & is sturdy enough to stay on.

Easy to use, long lasting, cat approved

The media could not be loaded. I got this to wrap apart of the wall for the cats to get their wiggles out. They chase each other up and down it. It’s pretty thin and only after a few mths it’s gotten fluffy and torn from all the playing but it’s very scratchable, gotten lots of value out of it and it looks nicer than just the tweed like rope on cat trees. Will need to be replaced and I adhered it with tiny picture nails. Cats weigh 7-12-# and all 3 can be on it at the same time.

Easy to cut to shape and looks nice enough, but it doesn’t stay stuck on furniture. So far I’m just pressing it back down but it might completely peel off soon. (Had for less than a week)
