Third mattress purchase from this company. Clear indicator of the great quality. All have been ordered under a year so hopefully it maintains their quality. Costumer service is also great, with efficient, timely and helpful responses. Company also stays true to their word. Most significant mattress purchased is of great quality. Lastly, if you have a specific inquiry so ask the company as they may be able the provide. For example, I asked whether they had this same mattress with memory foam and they did.

Great quality. Was disappointed that it didn't come in the day arranged and had to call up the following day to find out that the driver didn't have time to deliver, as I'd waited in all afternoon. A call would have been nice to notify me of this ( common courtesy!!)Did arrive before the 3Rd as stated. Although was told it was coming on the 1St. Great product through, exactly as described

The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on .Cannot sleep at all .Looked so much better than the rolled up ones but I regret buying now.

Purchased for a spare room but wanted a good quality guest mattress regardless.After my 4th attempt with other companies who each sent a rolled up mattress (supposedly a 2000 spring mattress reduced to the size of a yoga mat?!) I messaged this company who informed me in no way could such a mattress be rolled!Arrived promptly,very well packaged and protected too.Only slight disappointment was there are no handles in it to help carry/turn it.Otherwise,fabulous value for money
