I like that it is a timer and a dimmer it works great and I don't have to worry about my outdoor lights at all it's good for places where you cannot use a solar panelGreat value for only $10

The media could not be loaded. If I could rate this a zero I wouldNot only does the remote not properly work (trying to simply hit the “off” button the stop the shenanigans in the video has NO effect), but as shown in the video the sensor is ridiculous. Trying to turn the sensor off does not work either so when trying to set a 2 hour window to have the lights on it will keep flashing because the sensor reads the lights, thinks it’s day and turns it off. Then it thinks it’s dark and turns it back on… hence the constant flashing. You can turn the main portion toward a wall but what’s the point of that if you want to do dusk to dawn mode for example. It’ll just keep flashing all night.This is a definite return.

I like the unit and the remote control feature - seems like a great product! TIP: but DO NOT use regular incandescent light strings on this product. It will overheat - and the specs say it is only for LED builds string sets. Read carefully.

Like that you can dim lights. Easy on / off. Nice that it has a remote. Great functions. Good value.

I purchased this to use as a photocell / timer for LED pond lighting. Everything worked fine with the lights UNTIL I added this photocell to them. This device only has an output of 50v (using the 100% setting). Because of this it fried the transformer that converted 120v to 12v. I suspected the item I received had been returned since there were no remote batteries and nothing was wrapped in plastic, I fully understand why now. I won’t return it because it was destroyed after I figured out what a pice of crap it was.

Stopped responding to remote and control box after 6 months. Lights stuck on. Tried to unplug and long hold buttons. Using a low voltage led light string. Control box never became warm.

This is an okay controller. It's a quick and dirty option for someone that needs remote control of their LED lights. It's very very light weight and quite cheap feeling out of the box. Not loving that it does not have a ground plug. Functionally it does work and the remote is handy although range is limited. Overall, for 10 bucks it's not bad for someone that needs a quick and simple way to control some low current lights.

Just used item a few times. Excellent. Especially like automatic come on at dusk and stay on 2,4,6 hours or until dawn. Very useful.
