Not one size as it claims 8mm ( why do they mislead ) Wish I had not opened it or else I would have returned it...it's got more of small size than big ....the seeds are not big eitherI wud never buy this again.If u want one cardamom use 3 or 4 as they have flat seeds and are very small in size.Information given is all wrong by the seller.Very dissapointing !!!!

This cardamom is very aromatic and fragrant, it adds a depth and flavour to dishes. I have enjoyed using it in homemade curries. I gently fry it in ghee alongside star anise, clove, bay leaf and cinnamon before adding my other ingredients. This is a very good quality cardamom. I like the resealable plastic tub as oppose to the plastic bags they usually come in, i would've preferred a glass container more so but at this price i find this cardamom good value, there is plenty and it goes a long way.

I usually get the pods from the supermarket which are usually dry and do not have much flavour in them so was really pleased to get these. As soon as you open the bottle you are hit with a wonderful strong fragrance of cardamom. Each of the pods are nice and green and seeds are dark and not brown. I used the pods to add flavour to Biryani and it tasted really good and it also added to the aroma. We also used some ground seeds to add to our afternoon Tea Chai and it tasted phenomenal.On the flip side the pods are smaller in the sizeHope you find this review helpful.
