Saturated fatty acid oils peach and shea nuts stimulate cell division, which speeds up the process of epithelization. Tocopherol acetate and dexpantenol trigger processes restore connective tissue proteins (collagen and elastin). The skin retains elasticity and moisture, preventing its premature aging. - The protective function. Dexpanthenol is converted into tissues pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which is a component of coenzyme A (CoA). This coenzyme is involved in key metabolic reactions: catalyses the synthesis of fatty acids and sphingolipids in the skin that are crucial for the formation of the stratum corneum and maintaining the integrity of cell membranes.
