I've been using it on my upper arm and it slips on easily and fits well and gives me VERY consistent and ...
I'm an iPhone 6+ user and I had not read any reviews relating to the BlueTooth interface to that Phone so Here is my review. In general A+ on the packaging, ease of set up and use.. the cuff seems a bit stiff .. I've been using it on my upper arm and it slips on easily and fits well and gives me VERY consistent and I assume accurate readings when taken between short intervals.... The set up was very simple .. I used it a couple times right out of the box.. up and that was fine, but last night read the manual and followed the simple steps and within a few minutes had a web account set up then did the date and time and BlueTooth Pairing without issue and took a couple more BP readings that data transferred easily not only to iCloud but also to Omeron's Wellness data base via the iPhone app.. The AP worked well so far its easy to fetch new data from the Omeron 7 into the Phone by tapping a button in the app.. and the phone plots it and can easily create a .cvs data file which can be mailed easily to anyone. As I received what I sent myself from the App it pops up easily on the Phone or a PC as a labeled table with the time date and data results.. I have just had surgery with some complications related to BP control, So, this log is something My Kaiser Doctors are both interested in seeing ... I like the fact there is a separate Profile for My own and / My Wife's readings and a Guest area that is filtered from your log 's data.. What more to ask? .. for the price and value.. this is a great instrument.. in the future if I get an iWatch I would like to see it integrated with Apple's Health Kit.. as well as other 3rd Party Health aps on the Phone... I track Blood Glucose, Weight and other stuff on the phone too and it would be ideal if ALL that data could be merged in one place... perhaps Omeron or Apple will get together on that .. but I'm not holding my breath.. Overall I really like it and will update this review once I've used it more. I hope it helps YOU..

Omron 7 Series Wireless Upper Arm Blood...
I bought and returned about 3 blood pressure upper arm machines until I found this one. Even though It doesn't work on my cellphone as it is wireless, it is a great machine. It holds more readings that you will ever need and it is easy to keep track of two people. Not only is it accurate, it doesn't hurt when I take the reading and ALL blood pressure machines seem to strangle my arm. The cuff itself is preformed so it goes on easily and has a diagram so you know just where to align it correctly. It seems to be quicker and has lights that let you know if you are within normal limits. I also found it easy to set up and maintain. It did not come with a transformer but there is a place for one if you wish to buy one separately. It did come with 4 AA batteries which were easy to install. I highly recommend this monitor.

My husband and I love this Omron 7 Series blood pressure monitor (BPM)
My husband and I love this Omron 7 Series blood pressure monitor (BPM), which was recommended by our friend. This BM is easy to set up for ear, date, time, user information and wireless synchronization. My husband has encountered no difficulties or problems in synchronizing between this new Omron BPM and his iPhone 6 plus through Bluetooth. I have bought and returned other brand BPMs with wireless connections through either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. My husband, who is a retired engineer with a PhD degree in chemical engineering, was totally frustrated by failing to establish a wireless connection between his iPhone and other BPMs, although the installation instructions are simple to follow. The responses to his questions from the device manufacturer were useless. In addition, the other brand would be $30-50 more expensive than Omron 7 Series BPM. We are also satisfied with this Omron 7 Series BPM by a fact that the blood pressure and pulse readings are generally within 1-2 mm Hg and 1-2 beat/minute as compared with our old digital BPM. These earlier comparison results may not be statistically significant in terms of true measurement accuracy. However, we would highly recommend this Omron 7 Series to other consumers looking for a wireless BPM.

Works, with some minor flaws + Android App is beta
It seems I'm the first reviewer because this device is probably brand new on the market. It's my first blood pressure monitor, however, I used an older and much more simple model at my grandma's house. The monitor is much bigger and also heavier than I expected. It could be a benefit for elderly people because of the huge and easy to read display but it's not easy to carry. The cuff is easy to use, but seems to quit large. Since I'm short and my upper arm is also short, it's a bit difficult to position in order to keep 1" distance from elbow .The operation and the display reading is pretty straightforward.Since I used it only 6 times I can't say anything about reliability or accuracy yet.Next week I'm going to visit my doctor and check the calibration of my device with their professional blood pressure monitor and update my review.About data transfer: It works on Nexus 4 (AKA LG E960). However, the Android App is yet Beta and far from the perfect. Despite the User Manual says the syncing is automatic between the Omron device and the App, you need to re-pair the device on Bluetooth every time when you want to upload new data.Sometimes the re-pairing doesn't work. Then you need to try the old Microsoft/PC trick: turn off and turn on again the device, the bluetooth and the app, and after a couple of minutes and several tries it will work again, but I can't find the reason...The app can only list the data, no other functions. The App let you sign up/sign in to omronwellness.com and the uploaded data will be automatically sent to your account. You have more opportunity there, you can also connect your account to MS HealthVault and sync it.Update: developers contacted me via Google Play shop where I reviewed the app. They said the syncing can be done by swiping the main screen of the app downward, and it worked. However, I found that the most recent synced data is available only in the app, I can't see them on the omronwellnes website account. Probably it has some delay...I've called Omron support to ask them about the problem and all they could say was "your phone is not compatible with the app"Well, I think if it can sync with the device well, and sometimes with their website, too, it's maybe not a rocket science to make the app compatible and consistent with a common Android phone...Update #2: After 10 days use I realized that the problem with the data consistency between the Android app and the omronwellnes.com website could be probably because if I accidentally quit from the app after the sync between the app and the device but before the upload to the website (the app screen shows the end of the successful sync and then starts to upload), or there is a network error, the data can not be uploaded. It would be uploaded next time. Also, the website interface have a couple of filters what data to show and by default it did NOT show all of them when you login (although that would be more logical for me). If you set up a filter once like showing data only for a.m., it will start with the same settings next time. While this could be useful sometimes, the problem is that the button showing the filters applied is medium gray, and the text on it is dark gray, with very low contrast. Showing such color combination "a.m." looks very similar to "all" and it's not easy to spot, especially on smaller screens.Update #3: After one month of use I find it reliable enough, the BT connection and syncing was okay (although it's very slow), the consistency of the data on the omronwellness.com website is fine. The device worked for one month on the first set of batteries (I checked my BP 4-6 times a day and synchronized daily or so). I was able to use it for 3-4 days after the low battery symbol appeared.
