It worked.
Plugged it in and tada worked. It is what it is. My lights turn on now. I am pushing a limit of the current at close to 1A and it is working. I will be moving it to another lighting project that isn't pushing its limit constantly at 0.95A. I have plenty of other project to put this on that will not have as many lights. Don't know what else to say about it. If you need it get it.

Generates the voltage described in the specs. The construction is good and has a cord length a bit over four feet.
