TRIXIE litter scoop for ultra litter - recycled plastic - size M - 13 x 12.5 x 2.5 cm - various colours - random selection - 4050

Excellent for ultra compact clumping cat litter! I use a combination of two types of finely grained cat sand. Purina Tidy Cats clumping litter and a Swedish brand of fine benonite sand. And this cat litter scoop is just the thing for both these types of cat litter. The one I received from Pet Connection is exactly like the one in the photo, just another colour, in fact a nicer colour (and the ad does say that they come in various colours). The actual spade with holes is 125mm x 100mm, and the handle is a decent length, 160mm long with a good grip (it's not so easy to see on the photo, but your thumb fits snugly into a little dent in the handle, giving you a firm grip when scooping up litter).Some of the other buyers mention having to slit the holes open. The holes in mine were all open and approx 3 mm wide. Perfect for finely grained litter/sand. The plastic is sturdy and does not bend when scooping. In fact, it's the best cat scoop I've ever used.

Its a Poo scoop for my cats litter tray : flimsy and on the small side, will do the job for now until I find something better as I don’t expect it to last very long £6.00 ! you could probably buy something like this for £1.00, in a pound shop.

It is not very sturdy, so I use a regular clump for large 'deposits' first then sift for the small 'splatterings' with this one and it does just the job for extra fine grain Tigerino cat litter. I have five cats who come in to use their cat box, so really put this to the test. Now the litter is 'like new' after sifting. Very pleased.

to qualify - the original title was 'Trixie Plastic Scoop for Heavy Ultra Litter, Medium, Pack of 6'however only 1 was delivered, which i returned. i see that the item now has a changed description 'Trixie Plastic Scoop for Heavy Ultra Litter, Medium' ..... go figure, so at least subsequent purchasers will have a clearer idea as to what they are looking at.

Brilliant for doing gravel in the aquarium and being it is for cat litter and priced as such it is a bargain when compared with proper aquarium gravel scoops.

This is a scoop that works for me: my elderly cat, who has kidney failure, produces a lot of urine and thus I need a scoop which can deal with this, and this one does. I can recommend it.

While this is a brilliant quality scoop unfortunately with the clumping cat litter that I use it is not very good, picks up the clumps well but the unused/re-usable dry littler DOES NOT go through the holes :-(

Cheap, flimsy and not well produced. Will do the trick, but not really decent quality and easy to break.
