Excellent unit and customer service!
The filtration of this unit is great!! Have had it for 1 years now and only recently replaced the filter. Description is exact and customer service is fast, polite, and goes beyond expectation. Customer service rep, Harper handled a small issue that I had in the blink of an eye. Very professional service.

I purchased a WaterDrop countertop water filter from Amazon on May 1st to replace one I've used for years which was discontinued. I received the WaterDrop on May 3rd. I opened the pkg and was impressed with the quality of the product. However, I was unable to remove the canister from the base to check the filter. I called WaterDrop May 3rd and spoke with Peter (very nice) who offered to send me a replacement. I later received a lovely email from Krystal, Customer Service Rep., apologizing for my inconvenience and that the replacement was on its way with an ETA of May 6th. Said and done. I just finished installing it; looks good and works nicely. I'm very pleased with my interaction with WaterDrop and most especially with Krystal's consistent courtesy, thoughtful emails and obvious attention to detail. WaterDrop is fortunate to have such a person serving in an important role, especially in the retail business. Who doesn't like courteous, attentive customer service?

Quality water
Bought several of diff sinktop filters,and this is by far the best I have ever bought.Price is unbeatable,filter life is super long.And who doesnt like stainless steel.Biggest plus for me is taste,I usually fill up my jugs a the Primo fefilling machines and this water taste every bit as good at that.

The machine is nice but apparently not great for my area and water
The machine is great. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll be needing to replace the filter quite often due to the water in my area so for me it’s not that practical but customer service is great and the machine itself is nice .
