I'm really impressed with this portable water container! It's perfect for outdoor adventures or even just day-to-day use. The size is just right—not too big, not too small. Perfect for emergencies and survival resource. The 3-gallon capacity weight, flat design, and dual handles help in easy handling, weight positioning, and distance carrying. The spigot operates conveniently without fuss or leaks (I wish they’d come with backup replacements, too). Material is hardy, would last long-term use. I’ve stored a couple of these filled for emergencies. It’d be great if they could complement with a mini 1.5 gallon version, too, I’d get one to keep in the car.

I've been using the big square blue jugs forever. They work pretty well, but don't fit in my car, and they tend to leak and get dented pretty easilyFor the last couple of years, I've been looking for a replacement that will fit in narrower spots in my car. I want it to be a little smaller and lighter, even if I need two to make up the same volume. I also have been wanting to be able to hang it to use it, freeing up my table of space and keeping the inevitible splash zone a little ways away from where we're sitting.This jug seems to do everything I need it to. It seems to be built tough. The extra cap will help keep splashing in the car to a minimum, and the rear handle makes it super easy to hang it up. I've tested it for a couple of hours on a 110° AZ summer patio, and it does not leak. The spigot locks on at a pretty reasonable hand-washing rate. It's a little slower than the big blue jug, but will waste a lot less water, with any luck.I'll update when I've done a couple of trips, but I'm very pleased with this so far.

This is very nice for the money. Perfect for car camping. I like that it has a wide mouth fill area separate from the spout. This makes it much easier to clean because most people will be able to fit their arm in there. It also cones with a cap for the spout in case you don’t want to use it as a dispenser. The only con is that the cheap cleaning sponge stick that comes with it is worse than useless; however, I didn’t buy it for the sponge, and that isn’t enough of an issue for me to deduct a Star. It’s also made of thick, durable plastic, so I’m sure it will stand up to many years of hard use.

i use this for my van. i have a sink and a larger reservoir, but it's hard to clean out super well, so i use this for drinking water. the container is oddly perfect, it just works and feels super convenient. the spigot is pretty nice and dispenses easily. it seals really easily also, didn't have to use elbow grease.i've had many other water containers (mostly bigger ones, so it's a bit different), but this is by far my favorite lol.

Convenient size, big enough to be practical but not heavy when full. Nice features and design. The fill port is big enough that you can actually clean it, and the included cleaning brush is a nice feature. I was hoping that it would be of heavier material but it seems adequate.

I bought this for car camping. It feels sturdy and is a convenient shape to put in the back of the car. The first thing I did when it arrived was rinse it out several times, then put some water in it, closed it up, and let it set for a week. Then I smelled and tasted the water. There was NO plastic smell or taste, so I used it on my next camping trip. It is very easy to fill through the large fill/cleaning port, and easy to pour through the spigot (once I remembered to pop open the air inlet). My previous camping water container had a spigot that was difficult to use and sometimes leaked, so I got in the habit of transporting it with the spigot on top, and I did the same thing with this one. When I got to camp I rotated the container 90 degrees so the spigot is on the front. It did not leak over the several days I used it.I like it much better than my previous camping water container.
