A good product but not to Mac Book
Good product with excellent capacities. Unfortunately not compatible with my MacBook Air, which doesn't allow me to use it.

Multi Port Hub
Perfect for devices that only have 1 USB C port. Works with my Samsung Galaxy TapPro S.Doesn't charge the device as much as plugging it in direct but the extra ports are awesome :-)Plastic casing not metal as I was hoping for but overall a great tool.

A Solid All-Rounder
A handy accessory for newer laptops with limited ports (take a bow, MacBook). I was a little unsure as to what I should plump for among the many options available – this seemed to offer a good balance between functionality and price. An ethernet port was important, file transfers around the local network or to/from the internet are so much faster than with wireless. The SD card slot was also a boon as I still prefer a real camera with a decent zoom to phone-based alternatives. And I just checked out the HDMI port, seeing as another reviewer here was having problems with that. It works fine outputting to HD, but I haven't checked it with 4K yet. The parts I use least are the three USB 3 ports. Frankly, swapping one of them with an additional USB C port would have been a better option, as this would allow for attaching an external thunderbolt drive while also powering the laptop. Transferring a large batch of high-res photos to a USB 3 stick was efficient, but the stick was quite hot when removed, and I wouldn't want to see it get any hotter. No other functions have caused temperature problems yet. Finally, and least positively, the device seems to drain a little too much power from the laptop when plugged in doing nothing and not powered - certainly more than should be required to illuminate the onboard LED. For this reason I would recommend unplugging the device when not in use.

Works perfectly with Dell XPS13
Cannot fault it. Well made, great performance.

Not great with passthrough MacBook Pro power, otherwise great
Mixed review here - it's generally OK, but I leave my MacBook Pro's charger permanently plugged in to the socket nearest the network port and the device gets REALLY warm and after a few days of being plugged in (even without my MacBook Pro plugged in to the other) the ethernet will stop working. If I remove the device from my MacBook Pro, unplug the power and plug it back in then it works fine again for a few days. Aside from that, it's really good.
