I bought Haybio Super Krill Oil+ to try an alternative to Cod-liver Oil and it is perfect as it has the exact same effects with none of the fishy after taste you get from Cod-liver Oil. The softgels are easy to use, a reasonable size to swallow. I take them on a daily basis as a joint supplement and have found my aches and pains to improve.

Struggling with water retention in the legs and feet and no let up in the heat of summer then super Krill oil is a big catch. This product is a winner so long as you keep the line out medium term.
