It was packaged very nicely and securely and was easy to assemble. The bike is way more efficient and smooth than I ever thought. I’ve started biking to the store and around the neighborhood a bunch. It’s definitely a great way to get around and the battery lasts forever. It’s very powerful and fast. Been so fun. Looks great and is very comfortable too. Well worth the investment. I love having this.

I'll be honest - I wasn't sure what to expect with this bike, but after using it for a few weeks, It's become my go-to for running errands and just getting around town.✅ Powerful Safe: The 750W powers me right up the steep hill by my house without any struggle. And those wide tires? They soak up bumps so well that I barely notice cracked sidewalks or rough patches in the road anymore.✅ Convenience: The battery lasts me through all my short trips during the week, and I love that I can easily remove it to charge inside. Adjusting the seat is a easy too - my taller friend borrowed it last weekend and we had it set for him in seconds.For the price, this bike has been so worth it. It's practical, easy to use, and honestly just makes getting around more enjoyable. No complaints at all.

This was a 90% Christmas present for my son and a 10% gift to myself when he's not using it lol. He loves it. I like it. Fun little E-bike.The build quality seems good. Everything feels solid. Fit and finish is great. My son can get up 17 mph on it. I can only get about 15 mph, tops, due to my heavier weight. We haven't tested the full range since we charge the bike often so no comment on battery life. The ride quality isn't bad. The beefy tires helps absorb some of the bumps. Still, it can get relatively rough if you're on uneven and rocky terrain which is understandable for a bike lacking suspension. This E-bike is more compact and is made to be "portable". Folding it down does help and makes it easier to put in my trunk. Seat is soft but I wish it had more padding.Assembly wasn't too bad. Simple and straightforward for the most part. I noticed that there are mounting holes for a chain guard which is nice if you plan to get one. The only real adjustment I made from the factory setup is the bell. It's way to close to use comfortably.Assembly TIPS: when putting on the axle and tire, snug on the nuts lightly and spin the tires. Check to see if it clears the brake pads then tighten the nut some more. If you hear it rubbing on the pad, loosen the nut and adjust the angle of the tire before tightening the nut again. Spin and repeat. Tires should spin freely and quietly.TIP #2: for the front headlight, the instructions wants you to put the washer and locking nut on the backside. I recommend using the washer in the front (at the neck of the bolt). This helps secure the headlight better and feels more solid this way.Headlights is bright. Very bright! Make sure not to blind people and adjust it to aim slightly downwards. Rear light is good. Does the job. You can toggle the lights on or off via the key switch. Comes with 3 keys, by the way.Overall, it's been a great bike. My son is enjoying it. He's happy. I'm happy. This E-bike is an A+bike.

First of all, this thing goes FAST!Two reasons why I purchased this specific ebike: the 365-day anssurance and the size and weight of the bike.The ebike is lightweight (50 pounds, give or take), I can move it from my studio apartment to the back seat of my car without issues.Previously, I had a small problem with my front tire but one of the Gotrax reps, Fancy, assisted me in obtaining replacement parts.Great beginners bike.
