Optimum Nutrition ZMA, 180 Capsules 180 Capsules

I have been supplementing with ON ZMA for a decade. Recently I became sick. I was dizzy, nauseous, throwing up, and had diarrhea. This happened on and off for a couple weeks. I did an elimination diet. Slowly I began to add back supplements. When one day I reached for the ZMA and had a whiff from inside the bottle. Immediately my stomach turned and a slight nausea came over me. Something within the bottle is rotting. I've had others confirm the fowl odor as well. I'm going to have to throw them out. I don't know how much more I can trust that supplements from Amazon are good for me. As a sidenote, a lot of bootleg and fraudulent misleading and imitation products are sold as the real thing through Amazon. They need to implement quality controls or else I will continue to spend my money in higher quality market places. In short. Its great and allows you more restful sleep and recover and REM, which means more dreaming. Dreaming! I haven't dreamt in a while.In detail:I have long days and still get up at 4am for the gym. Sometimes I can only fit 6 hours of sleep in a night but my sleep isn't always restful. I was getting fatigued. I started getting heart palpitations during the day and losing concentration.I did some research (as you should always do when taking sups) And decided to try this out.The first night felt amazing. I got up fine. No grogginess or anything. The second and third nights I felt so relaxed almost numb but in a good way. Problem is I was too comfortable and had to make a big effort to get out of bed.Never exceed 3 tablets a night. I came home very tired once and thought it was a good idea to take 4 before bed. I was day dreaming and inattentive and sleepy in the day. I had the feeling of just waking up, but it lasted all day. If you feel this way with 3 I would consider taking 2.

I really like ZMA as a sleep aid. I went from tossing and turning all night to sleeping like a baby. You will probably dream like crazy but they are good dreams or at least mine are. ON is a great brand and still my favorite protein powder.

Works as intended, helps me sleep through the night whereas before I started taking it, I was prone to waking up several times throughout the night.
