Excellent product & customer service
The item works quite well, exactly as described. The seller is honest and happy to provide extraordinary customer service. For example, the thermostat our our unit worked for a number of months, and then started failing (reading excessively high temperatures). I reached out to the seller to let him know what the issue was. He responded promptly. He sent a replacement quickly. As a result our sauna is back up and running. Given the state that we live in (Minnesota) and the time of year (winter), we are enjoying our hot sauna again.
