These pills definitely work. I took 2pills a day for about 5 days straight and my sweats stop. I notice more energy and no bloating. I was looking for something all natural to help with hot flashes and everything that you go through with menopause I’m a little disappointed. It’s not all natural as they claim to be. You have titanium dioxide in there. That’s not good for anyone. I definitely will not buy this again.
