Piece of junk. I tried it on and tried to walk around my house. I wanted to see if the brace would give my support. It felt like someone stuck a tree branch under my knee cap. As soon as I took it off, knee felt better. Never tried it on again.

First, the green band apparently has no function other than as a decorative rubber strap? The brace does help, but can get itchy and uncomfortable at the back of my knee, especially if I have to bend my knee. It needs to be pretty snug but then it can get uncomfortable. But it does help support my knee.

I know that this concept works for others, but these did not help me during or after knee surgery recovery.

Didn't really like how they sat below the knee, actually bothered the back of my knee enough that I had to take them off. Did seem like sturdy material, but I only used them a few times.
