I have only have use it once but, It accomplished the job, it's comfort, fit very well, it get cool easily. I like this product.

Chronic migraine sufferer here, with sensory challenges.I love it.Yes, it feels weird to hold in your hands because it somewhere between rubber and silicone covered by luxuriously soft fabric on one side, (think soft make up eraser cloths) and spandex-like fabric on the other.It becomes very cold, though, sometimes too cold, and you can flip it over once one side warms up.I have to say that I don’t tend to have a higher body temp, so it maybe lasts longer for me.I also have a near child-sized head, but it fits everyone else in our household too with no issues.Very easy to use, and clean.I don’t recall there being a smell, but I wash everything before use.My neighbor mentioned having a migraine and I let her try it. She called me thanking me and ordered two immediately. Instant relief.

Really enjoy this head wrap, it’s so nice when I have a headache or any sort of sinus pressure. I leave it in the fridge and then put it on, the slight compression around the eyes feels so nice too.

I gave this migraine relief cap as part of a gift basket for a friend's birthday. She loved the cap and said that it works well and is well made. I can't wait to order one for myself.

First thought: I know this Peipu ice cap says you can use it in the microwave too for heat as well as freezing it for a cooling head wrap, however, I just can't bring myself to do that. I'll stick to just the "cooling". It arrived with a moderate chemical scent to it, that I didn't like too well, but I think that is pretty much standard for these gel-based ice packs. And I do love them, so I tend to overlook the initial"scents." Once it airs out a bit, it is fine. This Peipu Head Ice Wrap is open on the top of the head, it is pretty wide and tall though, so if you don't have it pulled down over your eyes, and have it slid up to just your brows and above, the cool does get up to the top of your head too, which is really nice. The one thing I've found about these cooling gel head wraps, is that they get very very cold and when you first put them on, they are so cold they hurt (like brain freeze- seem to make your head hurt more for a minute or two even) but if you push through that discomfort or just sort of slide it on up to cover less of your forehead while it warms slightly, that discomfort stops soon and then the cold starts to feel really really good on your aching head and brain, and it is a comfortable sort of cold that you can wear for the remainder of the 20 more minutes or so it stays cold. I have developed a deep love for these gel head wraps and use them often. I think it is best, as others have mentioned, to have two ice wraps to alternate between, so that when one warms, you will have another ready to put on while you cool the first one again in the freezer. Very useful!! And if you don't want to wear it on your head it is also useful as an ice pack on other body parts. I think it is a great purchase. (I would have given this 5 stars if I hadn't been initially put off by the smell on first opening it up.)

This style of gel mask is my favorite by far. Even after sitting in the freezer for days, it feels like a soft neoprene sleeve (very similar to a wet-suit but with extra layers of soft padding too).It is very effective at transferring heat and cold to the area it is applied to but also seems to protect the skin better than other cold devices.It never gets brittle, hard, has sharp edges, or other uncomfortable surfaces to deal with. It is stretchy to fit most body types and can be smashed or molded into other strange shapes as needed.It really provides a fantastic head rush when ice cold and wrapped around your head. You are going to want to try it!
