This works well
This was easy to put together and it works well. It had the two compartments and it is super easy to turn. The parts are well made.

Everything is exactly as described
I've been using this composter for a couple months now and really liking it. I wasn't really sure what the point of having two separate bins were but I've got both of them nearly filled up now. You'll have to give it a spin every other day to circulate the compost. I put tree clippings, paper, food scraps and nail clippings in it and I notice it decomposing every week I check on it. I spray a little bit of water inside to help move it along once in awhile. I believe it will take longer to have useable soil than what is stated from the manual but if you are patient like me then it is no worry.Assembly was almost easy. The difficult part is aligning the center divider just right. It will take some finagling but eventually you will get it. It handles the hot and dry Arizona heat well and it's the perfect size to put against any wall or corner.

Good bargain
This came in a small box, which had me worried for a couple of reasons - I was afraid it was going to be small, then I realized how many pieces it was. It wasn't difficult to put together, just a lot of screws. It's a good size and I do like the seperate compartments so you can let one side cook while filling the other. It's easy to turn using the grooves on the barrel. I'm not super confident it will be very stable with just one side full, so have to see on that. And I don't like that the door doesn't have a stop - it's not smooth, so you have to put some force behind it in order to open it, which makes it comes off. Nuisance, but manageable.

Not the easiest to put together but well worth it when done!
I was looking for a good composter that would be easy to assemble and use; putting it together was a bit of a challenge by myself, but once I got the hang of it, it became less complicated (thank goodness there were extra of the little screws and nuts!) - and I agree with the other customers that say it is very sturdy once fully assembled. I put it in a very sunny part of my yard and already see the sun has help the material inside heat up nicely and start to break down so I can use it as garden soil someday soon. I have had other composters, but instead of having to hand-toss the material with a shovel, I can turn the barrel and get the material aerated easily! I even included some Green Cell Foam packaging material made from corn that is already breaking down! I am very happy with the composter and recommend using compost starter to get those microbes doing their job even faster.

Composting Friendly!
Assembly took about 90 minutes. I put it together myself but need help with placing the barrel on the stand. The dual chambers are great as each side is at different stages of composition. To empty the barrel, turn the barrel downward and place a bucket below and use a hand shovel to assist in emptying. A sturdy compost tumbler, turning the barrel is key!

Gave it as a gift
Neighbor had always wanted one. Another Neighbor and I went in together for an 80th birthday present. He got it put together easily. We are all donating to the compost, which is great. Less in the landfill. This has 2 big sides. Easy to use, easy to turn the compost. Wish it had more info on HOW to compost, but we're learning. Found out paper towels and napkins can be composted, too. Great!

So far so good. Read the directions
The media could not be loaded. Living with a family of five, three kids, they’re in Applebee is food waste. I decided to get this compost been approximately one month ago, but have not gotten any compost from it yet. We’ve added kitchen scraps and various lawn items so far. I spin it a few times every day or two. I will update this review once, I get compost from it. Definitely read the directions.

Well-made, assembly could be tricky
Arrived well-packaged. Nice branding, manual, and tool envelope for a product from a brand I haven’t ever heard of. Assembly is basically just a repetitive process of screwing identical panels to the two end pieces. A LOT of screws but everything fits well. One piece was incorrectly labeled in the manual and some of the wording was weird, but you can figure it out. Pretty large capacity once you put it together. One thing I didn’t think about is that the compost inside will slosh around on the primary rolling rod that goes through the middle of the chamber. I doubt it will gum it up, but it is something to keep in mind.
