Ride Ready Car Holster - Black

This is the second time I've tried a car holster. Second time is a charm, this one works! I drive a 2009 Scion XB. There is a gap between the steering column and the dash. The area it wraps around is small, but fortunately, the strap is adjustable, allowing for a wide range of sizes. After a bit of fiddling around, I got it to fit snug. From my own testing, it has fit anywhere from a small, snubnose .38 Special revolver to a full frame Glock 17C. It's a simple design, yet it works extremely well. I'm very impressed with this holster. I will likely buy another one for my girlfriend's car.

I don't have any other car holster to compare it with and I probably never will because this one fits my needs so well. I don't see myself ever changing it unless I change cars and this holster no longer fits my new car, only under those circumstances. This holster is perfect, it was easy to install, pretty straight forward, right under the steering wheel is a great spot, always in reach if you ever need it, plus the steering column and angle keep it well concealed. In my particular case I have used it mostly with my Sig Sauer P365 pictured in my review, but it also works with my Glock 19X and my Glock 22, great quality.

Not a bad holster. The biggest issue was the straps were way too long and way to loose for my gun. It was cause it to sag. Best way to handle it is zip tying the strap.

I purchased for a Chevy Tahoe and it was a snug fit! But there’s not enough room to allow their adjustable strap connection to lie flat enough to prevent it from slipping lose. I was going to insert some pop rivets in the webbing but I wasn’t home and really needed a solution until I could get home. I went and bought a couple of those paper spring clips, the kind made to clip a large number of sheets together (they are maybe an inch wide & will hold an inch of papers together). I put one on either side of the webbing just below their connection and haven’t touched it since! It works so well that I abandoned the idea of placing pop rivets in the webbing!

I Installed onto my GMC Sierra exactly as instructions stated. Almost nothing worked right or is secure with this holster. My XDS 45 fit into the leather holster so tight it was hard to pull back out. Manufacture says leather will break in and become easier to holster and remove firearm but for such a compact gun the fitment was way to tight. The holster also wont stay at the correct height. It slides up and down extremely easy even with the clips that are supposed to prevent it from moving. Between the firearm being to tight in the holster and the holster sliding up and down I returned this as it was useless and dangerous.

Después de haber comprado 4 productos y haberlos probado, ni uno de ellos me convenció como éste strap, es muy fácil de instalar, se coloca abajo del volante y no se requiere tornillos ni pegamentos. Tengo un Toyota Tacoma y el Strap le queda un poco largo, sobra más de la mitad, pero es mejor que sobre a que falte. No estorba para nada, hay mucho espacio entre el arma y los pies. La ventaja es que el arma está en fácil acceso. Sí recomiendo el producto.

Put this in my 2012 forester and it fits great. I like that it has adjustment tabs so the holster doesn’t slip down after you tighten it in place. Holds ruger sr9 perfectly. The holster is nice stiff leather. The web strap is good and wide and buckles are strong so you can really crank it down tight. I thought the little Velcro thing on the end so you can fold up the excess webbing is nice touch
