Not a fan of "jerky" or such type of snacks. These however changed my mind. I bought them for my husband and decided to try one. Good, "clean" taste. No funny or greasy aftertaste in comparison to others. This is something, I'll be purchasing again and not just for my husband.

I purchased this for my son, but I had to taste it myself. This chicken jerky is delicious, with a hint of spice. I would definitely buy this again. A great snack for people that has allergy issues. Seems like all allergen are removed in order to make this chicken jerky stick.

I love those sticks! My whole family eats it.I’m going to be honest, I prefer the old recipe bc it was more moist but my kids prefer this new one. Excellent for those who do carnivore or keto diet.

I’ve been ordering both the original and the jalapeño beef sticks for many years. They were a perfect protein snack without a bunch of additives. In the past few months they repackaged the beef stick and changed the recipe. The flavor is not nearly as good and has a strange aftertaste. The texture is also different but not in an improved way. I still order them but I’m searching for another brand with better flavor that may be more worth the cost.

I purchased these because the price was better than others and I prefer single meat items. When the cheaper sticks are a mix of beef and pork, I don’t think they taste as good. These are perfect for anyone following a low carb-meat based diet that is looking for a convenient snack to keep you full. I will be buying again.

I have purchased the original Lorissa's beef sticks at least a dozen times. It's the perfect portable protein snack for hiking or other outdoor activities. This new version is definitely not the same and it is very disappointing. The flavor is inferior to the previous recipe. Not sure why they changed something that was already great. I won't be buying again.

For quite awhile now I have been purchasing the old Lorissa's original flavor beef sticks as my family's go-to healthy protein snack and we have been loving them. I've counted on them for a quick protein boost on the go. Now that I can't get the old recipe ones any more, I recently purchased a box of the new ones. For starters, I have trusted Lorissas for so long that I forgot to check the new ingredients. That was my fault. I just noticed today that they now contain YEAST EXTRACT which is a form of MSG. I didnt notice that until today when I ate my second one. Extremely disappointing. I tried one right away when they arrived the other day, and was not crazy about the changed flavor, either. Drier texture, and the smoke flavor overpowers everything and makes the flavor sort of one-note. That's pretty impressive, and not in a good way, considering it even contains the glutamic flavor enhancer. The only positive is that the casing is thinner and not as tough as the old ones sometimes were. I'm sad to say that I will not be buying these new ones again, though. I'm so disappointed, as these were our first choice snack to always have on hand. Back to square one in finding a yummy and healthy snack. Bye, Lorissa's.

I ordered the heat seeker ones on accident. These are good, better than the jalapeño ones and less hot than those.
