Burn outside to cure paint and metal first time
The oven is smaller than I thought, but it does produce a lot of heat and once you get the metal to cure from the exhaust to the actual fire pitch paint, you will be having a nice little stove/cooking spot warmer and it’s worth it

Well-made, easy to carry, complete with accessories
I just received this stove and immediately opened it up to check it out and I have to say it is a well made little stove, it only weighs about 20 pounds and is very portable. It is also well equipped with accessories to adapt to different scenarios, whether it's indoors or outdoors or inside a tent it's a perfect match.

Works well, made cheap. DO NOT INITIALLY LIGHT IN YOUR TENT
It works as intended. However it should be noted that the total ground to top of chimney height is only 6.5’. The description said the chimney itself was 6.5’ but it’s not. Also, the door needs to be pushed in with a lot of force to close. This is hard when the metal is 800 F.Biggest issue: The paint on top and inside the unit turned to powder and disintigrated, leaving a plume of black soot coming off the unit for the first two hours of burn.DO NOT LIGHT THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR TENT!You will be breathing in toxic fumes and coat the inside of the tent in black powder.I strongly reccommend setting it up and letting it burn for at least 3 hours on high temp before using in a covered space.Pay the few extra bucks and get a quality one.

Very nice smaller wood stove
Great for hot tent camping. Most of the accessories fit inside the tent for transport.I do wish it came with a carrying bag. It can get messy. It was easy to assemble. Materials seem to be alright but I'm not a wood stove expert. The legs fold back under for easier transport and the racks fold back over the top.

This stove is really nice.
The media could not be loaded. I disliked that this stove doesn't come with some standard stuff like a bag, carry handles, and a more heavy duty rack system. What is on the sides looks good to dry out light wood, but I'm not sure I'd trust loading too much wood on those racks. The stove has some weight and wouldn't be something I'd use for hiking. The stove would be perfect for hot tent camping using quads, 4x4s or snowmobiles. I also noticed that the manual that comes with it says 200F and I was easily about to get it to around 350-400F according to my thermometer from my home wood pellet stove. I also noticed that around the screw in flue chimney base this stove leaked some smoke (or it was burning off some stuff being new most items like this are usually treated so they won't rust in shipping). I'd use this outside before trying this inside in a tent. So the extras I mentioned like the bag are sold as accessories. The stove should come with carabiners and guy lines for the chimney and some kind of tent jack so you won't burn down your tent using this. This looks to me like the chimney is smaller in diameter then a regular wood stove chimney pipe, or even the wood pellet stove pipe so finding properly sized parts might be tough if you damage the chimney. I like that it has a lower air inlet in the ash pan, and a flue in the chimney so you can conserve your wood and slow the burn to make your heat last longer. I think what I would have done if I was involved in design of this stove is change the folding racks to slide outside from the top of the stove and use two front and back handles (rear and front) that extend and protect the section of chimney with the flue in and effort to make this stove easier to transport. The racks could slide out, and would be the full length of the stove instead of just 3/4 of the stoves length. I like the cooking surface on top of the stove also. I'm rating this stove four out of five stars and just wish whoever made this makes it easier to transport so I can put it on the quad, pitch a tent and use it. That being said I still plan on using it, I just hope nothing breaks because getting parts might be impossible due to its unusual size on pipes. Thank you! -Mike
