I just received it and have only used it once. It is nice and soft but a bit stiff so it doesn't drape around my knees like I need it to. The cord is long enough.

It is indeed a good product for the price at which they sell.It is large and does cover entire back easily.My only qualm is that the heating at level 6 could have been more. Its fine though.

I would suggest spending the extra few dollars for something better, I have it on 6 for an hour and it's barely luke warm, mine could be messed up but I saw other reviews like this one and just hoped the good reviews outweighed the bad. It's true to size, soft and bendable however it just doesn't do it's primary function.Edit: after about 2 hours it's finally hot enough to feel, sad it takes that long but I modified my rating to 3 since it does indeed eventually get warm enough to help.

I love the whole product, I did not expect any less the temp was perfect on my lower pain. No complaints from me.

This was the right size, it's pretty soft. It has a timer and various heat settings I considered returning it because even at it's highest setting, it doesn't anywhere near as warm as other heating products I own - I have an electric heating pad for my shoulders, and a variety of pads that go in the microwave. I only kept it because as a senior, there are many warnings about using a heating pad for too long because of risk of burns. Using this I got some relief for a sprained back and I'm pretty sure I couldn't get burned if I kept it on all day.
