Best pillow!
This is hands down the best pillow I have ever used. I used a tempurpedic pillow for years until it finally wore out. I purchased this one after seeing a video review and I am so glad I did. It's comfortable and I love the cooling feeling when you first lay down. My neck pain is nonexistent in the mornings after years of dealing with neck pain.

Very comfortable and worth every penny.
This pillow is not only big, but it’s pretty heavy (not in a bad way though) it forms to my head and neck and is extremely comfortable at night. My favorite thing about it is that unlike most memory foam pillows, this one doesn’t get hot and make me sweat in my sleep. I can use this thing alll night long without a single uncomfortable moment.

Best pillow in the world?
Everyone is different but for a dense memory foamPillow— this is worth every cent of the price. It feels firm but you melt right into the pillow (but not flat into it) it feels like melting into a cloud but it keeps fluff and cradles your head and neck. If I am sitting up, it’s also my favorite pillow to have behind me. This is so comfortable and my neck has felt really wonderful all day since I’ve slept on it.

Sleep is already SO much better
I tend to find myself waking up on my stomach despite all my efforts to sleep on my back or at least on my side. I have tried other pillows, including "neck pillows" but they just don't do it for me. They are uncomfortable unless I am in a specific position and even then they do not give me much support. I tried the original Casper pillow, which I liked for a while but never felt fully supportive. I have tried other memory foam pillows, the latest being from Serta. Finally, I found this and decided to give it a try once the price dropped for Black Friday.Wow... it is a heavy pillow! I would NOT recommend it for a pillow fight, unless you want to cause real damage! It is cooling, which I find nice. However, it does not maintain the cooling all night. It doesn't get hot but simply doesn't feel cool anymore after hours of laying on it. It is fully supportive and has allowed me to get mostly full nights of sleep (no fault of the pillow). My neck is in a natural position whether I am on my back or my side, and that is major points from me.I only gave it four stars, partially because of the cooling, but also because I have only had it a few days and I want to make sure it continues to provide the same support over a longer period of time. If that is the case then it will likely get bumped up to 5 stars.

Very comfortable supportive and cool
Amazing pillow cool supportive and coming from someone who’s spent hundreds of dollars on pillows this is by far the best pillow I have bought.

Traps heat, falls flat
I have wanted to love this pillow because I am a side sleeper that sleeps very hot. But I have tried it multiple times, only to be massively disappointed. As to cooling, the gel pads are magical (very cooling) until they are not. For me, once they quit cooling, the gel pads start to trap heat, making me very hot. I can flip the pillow all night long (which is a work out, given its weight), but the cooling never comes back. It’s because the pillow is not breathable. So, for me, it is ironically a hot pillow, even with no pillow case and my bedroom thermostat set at 64 on a very cold night. I believe hot sleepers need breathability and a pillow that sleeps neutral through the many hours of the night. This pillow sleeps cool for me for about 12 min, neutral for 15-30 min, and then very hot thereafter. But it’s a solid block of foam and that is why it heats up for me. As to its firmness for side sleepers, the pillow loses its loft at about the two-month mark and will just compress too much, causing my arm to go to sleep. That is why I bought more - hoping it was just a defect. I wanted to love this pillow but ended up tossing it in the trash can.

This pillow is all over the place..
So the first thing I researched when choosing this pillow was "what's the difference between Tempur material and memory foam?" Answer: nothing, it's a marketing term for Tempur-Pedic's memory foam. Sure not all memory foam is created equal - that's fine. There are different formulas, qualities, and densities. This pillow is what I would call a medium firm to firm, compared to other memory foams.. yet is somehow rather squishy - I think I know why - and I'll explain further. The thing with memory foam though is it's very ... tempur.. mental... hah! No, seriously. It's very temperature dependent in terms of hot = squish and cold = rock solid. And because memory foams retain heat like no ones business, Tempur-Pedic implemented these giant sheets of gel material over top of their non-ventilated foam (vs where you see ventilated foams that have holes through them to allow them to breathe) on each side of the pillow, to account for heat retention issues. There are a few problems with this approach though. The first, gel will eventually retain heat too - so while you get about 30min-1hr of cool before it starts warming up, it will eventually be warm - and I've woken up in the middle of the night because of that. Which - ok fine, flip the pillow - but the pillow weighs over TEN POUNDS for the king. She chonk.Second, when it's warmer out or in your room, the Tempur material compresses down so basically both gel pads are nearly touching.Third, if you do a test and press your hand into just a block of memory foam or Tempur material, you'll see indents around your fingers as it cradles pressure on anything that pushes back - where as this gel - because it's in sheets - cradles an area of pressure - such as the back of your head, leaving your neck somewhat less supported than I feel it should because it's distributing weight over an area as opposed to directly to a pressure point and being buoyant in less supportive spots. This one is hard to describe but trust me. It's oddly noticeable. And lastly (and this one just happened to me last night and ultimately was the straw that broke the camels back) the gel material is also respondent to temperature, so my room was overly cold as it gets colder out at night - so I literally woke up shivering at one point, pulled my comforter up over my head and slept on it so I had another layer between my head and this pillow's freezing cold gel top, just so I could fall asleep again. So as I said - this pillow is all over the place. It's hard, it's soft, it's hot, it's cold, it's somewhat supportive - but not enough in areas. I will say I did not wake up with a sore neck - but this thing is just not the comfort king you'd expect from such an expensive brand name. And that's why unfortunately, I cannot recommend this.
