Great 20kg weights for a great price
Exactly what I needed. Bar is a standard width so not much fatigue on the grip.Weights are high quality, rubber dosent smell, they stack well.Perfect dumbells.

Good quality dumbbells
I ordered two dumbbells and the were delivered individually in as one would expect since they are relatively heavy compared with most Amazon deliveries. They both arrived in new condition. The packages were not damaged. I prefer hexagon dumbbells so they don't roll when I put them down. The handles have machined grip surfaces for a non-slip hold. I use gloves while lifting to protect the palm skin. These dumbbells feel balanced and safe in my hands. I previously bought two 10kg dumbbells and now recently I bought two 15kg dumbbells and they are all good. Who knows, maybe I will buy two 20kg dumbbells in the future. The price I paid for these dumbbells seemed reasonable for the quality compared with others I found online. I recommend these dumbbells.

Decent Bit of Kit
On first opening and holding, its a decent bit of kit. The rubber is well balanced and the metal grip is firm. Its fine for me but those with softer hands may want to buy a cover for the metal, as the ridges are prominent (in a good way). I can see there is some type of adhesive sticking the rubber to the metal. It will be a test of usage, as to if it holds up over time. I did a few 'single arm - ground to overhead' moves and again its balanced. There is a rubber odor but nothing that wont fade over time. I have larger hands for a women or on par with a gents small hand (for scale), guys should find this a comfortable fit.

Does what it says—it weighs
It’s a dumbbell, so it just needs to weigh the right amount—and it does. Heavy, as it should be. The handle is solid and comfortable, and there’s a nice rubber coating to cut down on noise and minimise impact damage when you inevitably drop it. Way cheaper than most other brands, so it’s a solid alternative to a pricier chunk of metal. Stylish? Not really, but I'm lifting it for fitness, not showing it off as a piece of jewellery.

Performs better than expected.
I bought the 17.5kilo pair as an upgrade to the 10kgs that I have owned for a while now. I was getting comfortable with these so I decided to upgrade. Initially wanted to buy the 15kgs but the 17.5kgs were actually cheaper, so I thought “go for more weight for your money”. Bad idea, well kinda, for the time being. I can only lift one at a time, so the other one makes a very effective and expensive door-stop. I don’t know whether it’s a wise thing to weigh something with engraved weight labels on it, but I did it anyway. Mine performed better than expected, (well I did all the lifting, they just sat on the scale). Both of them weighed in at 17.7kg.The grip is excellent, the fit is great and are extremely comfortable to hold as long you keep them on the floor. For some reason, the comfort in my muscles declines rapidly as soon they get off the floor. My grip also tends to loosen by the 5th rep. I can’t tell why because the dumbbells don’t come with a manual. The strong rubber smell fades away after a few days but I haven’t noticed any weight changes, (mine or the dumbbells) because of the loss of smell.Overall, the HOMCOM hex dumbbells are really good and they deliver as promised plus a 200g bonus. The only downside is they need someone to lift them before they start working for you.
