American Mug Pottery Ceramic Bistro Style Coffee Mug, Made in USA, Cobalt Blue, 14 oz - Pack of 2

I ordered these mugs because they're made in the USA and certified to not contain lead and cadmium and other carcinogens found in imported mugs. I looked in every store I could think of, and every mug was made in China. Then I found these mugs online and ordered them. They are smooth to the touch so that it feels good to hold them. The handles are perfect with plenty of space for the largest fingers. The finish, both the color and glaze, is absolutely beautiful. I will be ordering more products from American Mug Pottery!

Great mugs. I like the fact that these mugs are stoneware because they hold the heat of my morning cup of coffee better than your average cheapo coffee cup does. And they're thick enough so the heat stays inside where it belongs instead of overheating the outside of the cup or the holder.I held off reviewing this for 6 months because from I've read some other people got defective mugs, but mine had zero defects and they still look great after 6 months of daily use. Mine still look cobalt blue.I was actually considering buying 2 more in white but they're not available right now...hopefully they'll bring them back now that they seem to have gotten the manufacturing process right.

My first order of these mugs came with a minor defect. I sent them back and received a replacement quickly. I love everything about these mugs! They are exactly what I was looking for. They are handcrafted here in the USA and lead free. The 14 oz size is perfect for my morning coffee. The weight, feel and color are perfect. I will now order more!

It is heavy and looks nice. But when microwaving liquid, the handle gets untouchable hot. Also, the lip or rim is thick so not as easy to sip from. But it is a sturdy USA made mug.

Nice sturdy mug. Great size. Made in n USA. Be careful though!! If you microwave in it for instant coffee or to even warm you current cup up, the handle can get very hot. Never had that issue with other mugs n

Very nice coffee mugs that are made in USA. I was looking for a nice 14oz cup to hold a 12oz brew of my K-Cups and these are really good quality. It's smooth and thick enough to be just the right weight. I got the Bistro style in Ivory color which is a bit thinner and taller than regular coffee mugs and like the style since they take up less room in the cabinet. One thing I would like is more neutral colors such as cream, beige and espresso. Bottom line is these are great mugs that I would buy again and recommend, especially USA made.

These mugs look beautiful and are nice and sturdy. Also made in USA , what a plus! Got these for my husband for Christmas and he really likes them. Great product.

I searched for "made in USA mugs", for my son for Christmas and found these wonderful mugs.He mentioned not being able to find USA products.They are really nice, sturdy mugs, the Bistro style suits him well.The mugs are easy to hold, and they save time, since you don't have to run for a refill!
