Works with Home Assistant
I wanted an alarm I could trigger based on multiple events in home assistant. This is the only one I could find that does the job

Alarm and a leg.
- Review for WiFi Smart Siren Alarm: Home Security Alarm with 100db Sounder, App Control, Smart Alarm Siren for Home Safety System & Smart Home Automation, Wireless Burglar Alarm, Compatible with Alexa || Price: £19.43 (at time of ordering) -I'm so happy with this. I have the Eufy Security system (door/motion sensors, cameras etc) and the Eufy homebase alarm is about as loud as a kitten barking. I actually feel like I have a proper alarm system again now, this is much more effective. Was easy to setup via Alexa and link into the rest of my smarthome. I had to get a bit creative with routines to get it working as I wanted, since it's not integrated with the rest of my Eufy system, but I got there in the end. Recommended.

Good but not excessively loud
This siren is very easy to set up in Tuya. Once running, you can adjust the sound and volume, so you can in theory have different alarms for different events.I gave my Tuya integration in Home Assistant a reload, and this appeared. In Home Assistant, you can adjust the volume and duration of the siren, but not the sound. It does require a permanent USB power supply, but no power supply is included. The maximum volume is loud enough to alert you to something, but it is not close to a house alarm siren.
