I got these as I had previously got “libido” booster tablets from Amazon. They are sold under many names and brands. They all have ginseng as the main ingredient and a few other secondary weaker ingredients.This supplement has ginseng at 100mg per tablet. The more purpose made product had 200-400mg and sometimes more.The result is that these DO work on me. FIRST of all, it should be noted that with ginseng it seems to be very hit and miss if it works for you. It works great for some people and not at all for other, further, going in depth there are different types of ginseng but for the purposes most sellers use the mainstream one namely panax ginseng.This is not the main ingredient here, this is sold more as an energy booster. Shilajit has some claimed properties, as well as ashwagandha. Ginko biloba is proven to help brain prevent degenerative diseases.For this, this supplement works well. If you are looking for that then I recommend this. If you are looking for a significant libido booster and “strengthener” and that kind of stuff I’d recommend something with more ginseng as main ingredient.SECONDLY, as with any medication (I class all of these as such, even thought they are herbal) you can experience side effects and these are mainly similar to ginseng at higher doses, which in turn is similar to sildenafil (i.e. little blue tablets). The biggest warning I’d give out is to be very careful if you have a history of heart disease. As with all enhancers of this sort this can exacerbate some issues related to that. Check with GP. Sometimes you might get a headache (very mild with these) and a stuffy nose.Overall these are good and I rate them. The taste is unnoticeable, they are in a clear capsule. The best thing to be honest is the price. The other so called enhancing supplements can be upwards of £10 for a pack of for, not too far off the real thing. These might be half as potent but are way way cheaper. You can just take two, or maybe like me you just need a little boost.I recommend these.

I have only just stated taking these, and I find them better on my digestion than some I’ve tried.They are easy to swallow, not too big and not stickyThey don’t smell or taste of anything and so do not leave a bad taste/aftertaste, or make one’s breath smell.The ingredients are a good mix so each will absorb better and work will better for the body.I would suggest you remember to drink your full amount of water, as the human body functions better when it is hydrated properly, and so will better utilise and supplements/foods/nutrients it is fed!I am looking forward to feeling more energy levels, and hopefully relaxing more and sleeping better, this takes some time as with all supplements, some longer than others.
