Beautiful lamp shade and A+++ customer service.
The lamp shade is high quality, and the crack finish is gorgeous. It was packed very securely. The company performs thorough quality checks before packing and shipping, but even so, sometimes (as with anything) things get damaged during transit. Mine arrived in lovely condition, save for a little chip. I emailed the company, and they immediately replied and sent me a free replacement. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Their products are beautifully made, and their customer service is outstanding.

Good Buy
Honestly I’m always hesitant to buy things on amazon if they don’t have tons of reviews. Decided to give this one a chance because we needed a replacement shade for one that broke, and we couldn’t find an exact replacement. This one looked like it could serve as an accent piece in a way, to make the different shade look purposeful. The packaging was great and ensured it didn’t break, there was no damage, and I’d say the shade looks just like the pictures. Nice and thick glass, and the crack effect looks great.

Difficult install, but look great!
These look great in our bathroom to update the light fixture to the clean/white look we were going for. However, They were very small/tight to allow the large nut to be screwed onto the fixture to hold the globe. I ended up putting some tape to hold the large nut onto the globe until I could get it started on the fixture. (my hands were too big to fit inside the globe so beware if you are hanging these in the downward position. Once I got them installed, they look perfect!
